I give 3 stars because the food was delicious and the restaurant room was very beautiful. The staff really courteous. Very nice common rooms. But... The rooms and furnishings are not comparable to a 4 star. Everything old and dated! There are some rooms that overlook a street where there is a disco and you can't sleep at night. Excellent breakfast, excellent dinner, rooms worth checking out. Old bathroom, but good toiletries.

I don't remember having had such a bad hotel either in France or elsewhere. Even without stars. How dare they claim 4* even by Moroccan standards. Only one thing correct, the bed. Bathroom: everything broken: shower hose leaking from several sides. Shower curtain barely clean and dangling. Sink tower full of limestone. Toilet seat unhooked and broken. No glasses or water in the room. I had to go and ask for drinks. The hotel does not provide a kettle. The shelf in the bedroom: traces of uncleaned glass that can be removed if you scratch with your fingernail. This hotel is a disgrace. Our room did not overlook the nightclub. A chance. But on the street. Our friends, above the nightclub, couldn't sleep all night. One of our friends changed rooms for nothing better, except the smell. Barely polite reception staff. The very nice restaurant staff tries to compensate for the pbs... We are suffocating in the dining room. And the icing on the cake... the credit card doesn't work! The management seems to discover all this with each message! It was an agency that booked this hotel for us... We did not congratulate it.

Terrible hotel! Invasion of ants in the bathroom and not clean, low quality food. I advise against it! It cannot be considered a 4 star, at most a two star and for the cost it is not worth it. Furthermore, the bathrooms do not have a shower but a bathtub with a curtain.

Hotel selected by Mistral for an organized trip to the imperial cities of Morocco. Definitely disappointing for a 4 star. Room rather small and neglected, bathroom even worse. The hotel definitely needs a renovation of the rooms. The situation of the common spaces such as the hall is certainly better. Even the kitchen didn't impress me. Naturally the negative opinion is strongly influenced by the fact that it would be a 4 star, with the costs of a 4 star but the appearance of a 2/3 star.

I highly recommend this hotel. I moved to Rabat because my wife had to take an exam at the Magistracy Institute for which she has been preparing for 6 months. We didn't sleep all night due to the excessive noise from the hotel nightclub. My wife was stressed and tired. She had exams starting at 8:30 a.m. I was changed rooms 3 times during the night. Unbelievable and unbearable. No respect for customers. When we read reviews since 2015 on the noise of the hotel and the only response from the manager Mr Omar oudrhiri it is always the same copy and paste thing. To do this, I would like to create a group with people who have had the same concerns about noise and inconvenience to really make things happen. Because it’s serious how customers are neglected!!!!
