very modern and clean hotel; Very pleasant and smiling staff always very efficient. Tranquility large and spacious rooms with bathroom equipped with bathtub and shower. Separate toilet. Very good quality bed, average pillows too soft or too firm. Bar and restaurant with little atmosphere and average international cuisine. Beautiful and large swimming pool, pleasant massage All for a very good quality price ratio

Incredibly welcoming and kind staff complement the perfectly maintained hotel. The staff make you feel at home and deliver the highest quality in accommodation, dining and wellness. The vibe is very calming and provides the chance to recharge on long trips and if you’re a local needing to escape.

Not only is the hotel beautiful, the customer service is exceptional especially Fatima at the front desk getting us checked in early after our overnight flight from Montreal and Rabie in the restaurant who made sure our dining experience was special. Love the fountain leading to the pool and spa

Une belle decouverte. Un hôtel que je recommande sans hésitation…. Nous avons été surclassés dans des suites belles, propres et spacieuses… La literie est top! Un beau jardin…..lorsqu’il fait beau. L’hôtel est joliment décoré dans un style marocain.

Commençons par le positif : -Le lieu est vraiment très joli. Le personnel est au petit soin et le restaurant est vraiment excellent. -Le petit déjeuner est correct (il faut juste revoir la cuisson des œufs à la coque car 7 minutes c’est beaucoup trop). Malgré un cadre très plaisant, nous avons été déçus de 2 choses pendant notre séjour : -Pas de possibilité de massage car « la masseuse n’est pas là en ce moment ». Dommage pour un hôtel qui se dit luxueux. Pas de possibilité de faire un Hammam « à deux »… dommage quand on vient en couple et qu’on veut passer un moment de détente à deux…. -Au moment de la réservation d’un taxi pour repartir à l’aéroport on nous indique qu’il faudra payer 400 dirhams… nous avons payés 80 dirhams pour venir… Nous avons fait remarquer que le prix était très excessif mais on nous a indiqué qu’on avait de la chance car le prix de la navette de l’hôtel est à plus de 800 dirhams. On attend d’un hôtel avec ces prestations de la confiance et le respect des prix locaux pour les prestations extérieures à l’hôtel.. Dommage de ces désagréments car l’hôtel est vraiment très joli. Ps: nous n’avons pas compris le terme « boutique » dans le nom de l’hôtel car il n’y en a aucune.
