New, clean hotel with a great location and friendly staff. Excellent view from the windows of the rooms on the park and the square, at night it is quite quiet and you can have a great rest after traveling. In the morning they provide a good breakfast with fresh juice, pastries, coffee and of course Moroccan tea with mint. If necessary, you can safely park a car or motorcycle next to the hotel. One of the best hotels in Rabat in terms of price / quality. You will feel at home there. For those who like to travel on foot, I think this is an ideal place, since you go straight to a beautiful street and walk along it to many important sights of the city, or easily call a taxi, it in Rabat (and in general in Morocco) costs almost as much as public transport, only more convenient. Also in the hotel and within walking distance from the hotel there are cafes and restaurants for every taste.

Nice, stylish and clean rooms, good location. Good service overall. I just suggest to improve breakfast a bit limited choice in our case and alot of procedure cause must sign a paper too hehe. But Its okay

Overall a positive stay and a good hotel , would recommend , however a few issues
Think with 2 people in the room , 2 bottles of water should have been provided
No shower towels were provided in the room , had to ask for them
Room Phone should be labeled clearly how to dial reception as no note to say which number to dial
Breakfast selection was ok but limited choice of hot food and no decent coffee selection
Building work was started on our first day with for the duration of our visit with no mention of any upcoming works

It's a perfect hotel for a short visit to Rabat. Its only limitations are the almost complete lack of common areas, such as lounges, and the limited space for clothing and luggage in the rooms, the latter characteristic being very common these days in hotels primarily intended for city breaks.
Otherwise, the hotel is ideal due to its location in a central yet very quiet area, with the option of parking your vehicle outside (on a public road with little traffic), in spaces reserved for the hotel and supervised by hotel staff. The rooms are very comfortable and functional. Cleanliness is evident throughout. Breakfast is sufficient but could be improved, with more fruit, for example.
The staff is extremely attentive and efficient. And finally, a very important detail, the excellent value for money.
