Riad Dar Saidi

In the heart of the Medina, a close walk to all major attractions and the Rabat Ville train station. The hosts were lovely and extremely accommodating. I would definitely return if I find myself back in Rabat.

This Riad was a real highlight of my Morocco trip. The location is fantastic — close to trams, excellent local food, and surprisingly near the waterfront. Inside, it feels like a private sanctuary: calm, clean and quiet thanks to thick walls that block the city noise. The design of the space is tasteful and welcoming, with comfortable communal areas and a rooftop that made working remotely feel relaxed. Whether I was on the rooftop, downstairs on a couch, or at a table, it was easy to get work done with good Wi-Fi and plenty of comfortable spots to settle in. As a solo traveller, the staff's support was second to none — always available, including on WhatsApp, with excellent recommendations (especially for restaurants that are foreign-stomach-friendly). The other guests were also friendly and on a similar wavelength, which made the whole stay even better. I've stayed in 5-star hotels that didn’t offer this level of personal care. The value, service, and atmosphere here were exceptional. I’m already recommending it to friends heading to Morocco.
