設施：馬桶帶有潤壁功能，對於有潔癖的人來説無法接受
設施：臉盆下水很慢，導致洗臉會有存水，會濺水上來
環境：不知道是不是翻新的，看起來又新又破的
衞生：電梯裏有一股餿味
