Clean room. No AC control so had to open the window.. Room was facing the street so had high traffic noise.

The breakfast is good, with something new every day. The room is huge. The hotel is in a very good location, with supermarkets and shopping malls nearby. Recommended to stay.

Stayed here for 5 nights with one of my sons. We stayed one night in a king room to decide if we would like to spend more nights here. Staff was super friendly and helpful. We decided it was a good location, safe, & clean. We added 4 more nights and switched to a room with 2 twins. Breakfast is included and we woke up looking forward to going down to the cafeteria for breakfast each morning. We were able to walk to the park, mall, and catch taxis easily here to see Quito. When we left we were told by the manager this was our new home in Quito and to come back anytime. We will always stay and recommend 9D now.
