The room is very big, beautiful and unique. The floor height is very high and the roof is very beautiful. It is in the city center and is surrounded by attractions. The breakfast is okay. I will continue to stay here next time.

I am satisfied with the view from the rooftop platform. The room is small and I spend most of my time walking outside. The service staff are very friendly and can speak English. Convenient to play in the old city.

We had a wonderful time at Friends Hotel. From the time we were picked up at the airport, till the time we left, all staff have been amazing, friendly, and extremely helpful. A special mention to Yale, she was the nicest and kindest person, helping us with suggestions about where to eat, where to go, day trips, etc. and all the picks were amazing! Breakfast was also great, with slight variations each day. The location is excellent, very close to the centre and all the landmarks one would like to visit! Thank you so much, guys. I'd definitely recommend it!

Good location in the old town. Very close to the central square but very quiet street. Very clean and pretty interior decorations. Breakfast is very good served in rooftop dining room with view of the city. The staff are very friendly and helpful with all information we need.

Amazing stay they even had a welcome sign with our name on it at arrival! Incredible breakfast, served in minutes with coffee, juice, fresh fruit and eggs and avocado. All included for free,wow. Staff super friendly. They have a generator which our previous hostel in Quito did not! 24/7 electricity here.

L'hôtel est très bien placé dans le quartier colonial. Les chambres sont confortables et très propres et la cerise sur le gâteau est le petit- déjeuner sur le rooftop ! Fait de produits frais ! Le personnel est attentionné et sympathique. Excellente halte à Quito !

Everyone was very welcoming! Clean clean room and bathroom! Lizardo and Mardirano did breakfast and it was fresh and an excellent start of the day! Right around the corner from the center of old town. Why does trip advisor require me write a term paper with 200 characters! Maybe they can decrease it to 100!
