The room is very big, beautiful and unique. The floor height is very high and the roof is very beautiful. It is in the city center and is surrounded by attractions. The breakfast is okay. I will continue to stay here next time.

This is a charming hotel with an excellent staff. I particularly enjoyed breakfast in the rooftop cafe area with stunning views and expert chef prepared, delicious, fresh food each morning as I arrived, served by a very friendly and welcoming server. My room was on the top floor which offered great views of Quito. There are many little nooks throughout the hotel for reading and relaxing. I had a lovely time at Friends Hotel & Rooftop. Staying there literally felt like I was among friends.

A cute and clean place to stay in Quito. The staff is extremely friendly and helpful with recommendations of things to do and see. The breakfast was a highlight — always delicious and fresh. Even the pickiest eaters in our group cleaned their plate. Wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again.

Friendly, helpful staff, comfortable rooms, central location to Old Town for walking exploration, and delicious, healthy breakfasts with a view of the city from the rooftop terrace.

I cannot recommend Friends Hotel & Rooftop enough. We had a very late arrival and they helped arrange transportation from the airport and met us when we arrived. The breakfast the next morning was fantastic and it was so cool eating with a view of Quito. The reception helped with a map of the area and made great food recommendations. We are at Lena Quitena for dinner just a block from the hotel. We felt very safe. Everyone really went above and beyond here.
