Todo excelente, la atención del personal y las habitaciones, un lugar muy familiar y si piden ayuda seguramente les dan solución. Los desayunos también son muy ricos y completos, tienen agua caliente disponible todo el día.

Nuestra estadía en Rincón Familiar fue muy agradable, fui con mi Familiae de viaje express a Quito, algunos estuvimos en una habitación compartida, algunos en habitación privada. El Hostel queda a unas cuantas cuadras de la plaza principal, así que pudimos llegar a muchos lugares interesantes caminando que era una de nuestras necesidades por el tiempo que teníamos, la atención fue muy buena, el personal muy atento, nos brindaron muy amablemente muchas indicaciones importantes para andar seguros dentro de la ciudad y utilizar bien nuestro dinero, de hecho como contábamos con tiempo reducido, nos ayudaron a conseguir un tour ajustado a nuestras necesidades para visitar la reserva de Cotopaxi y al lago de Quilotoa en un mismo día en un precio razonable. Las habitaciones son muy aseadas, las camas y las almohadas son bastante cómodas y el lugar es bastante tranquilo así que pudimos descansar super bien despues de cada día largo de tours, ademas en la mañana te despertabas con delicioso desayuno de parte del Hostel. Nos encantaría visitar de vuelta Rincón Familiar cuando regresemos a Quito, fue una muy buena experiencia, recomendado.

Nice location, good breakfast and overall decent trip. Had some issues though with the hot water and internet. The internet in my room was kind of bad. The receptionist was a very nice gentleman and the staff too. Check out the terrace, it's beautiful up there.

Personal muy amable, desayuno rico, secillo y completo. Piezas cómodas y austeras. Ambiente agradable, a 3 calles de la plaza Grande. Tener cuidado si sales de noche. Cass antigua, con patio virreinal. Sin ascensor, pero te ayudan a subir las maletas.

Nuestra visita fue agradable, la relación costo calidad es aceptable, son muy atentos y accesibles en cuanto a algunas solicitudes. Tienen servicio de limpieza a la habitación y cambian las toallas todos los días. Recomiendo grandemente el lugar. Raulito una persona muy agradable, el Señor Luis igualmente.
