Congratulations on the excellent service at the hotel reception for my cousin's wedding. Vladimir Egas's warmth and prompt service made everything perfect. A highly recommended place to spend a family evening with a spectacular view of Colonial Quito.

We walked in as a group of 11 and they took our name and number said “we’ll call you in about 40 minutes when your table is ready. Never got a call. Came back after an hour. Said they had never got our name or number and refused to serve us and said we had to wait another hour. After several minutes of them gaslighting us telling us they never got our info we just left. Looked promising but TERRIBLE SERVICE by the way

The hotel is centrally located in the heart of Old Town Quito. The staff was excellent and attentive - calling us Ubers and taxis wherever we needed. Worth noting, the hotel is about one block into a pedestrian area. The room was spacious, but the carpet is in need of an update. The rooms are lovely, but older in design. Thank you for the lovely stay!
