We stayed here for 3 nights on our honeymoon before travelling to the Galapagos. The view was lovely, the breakfast was fantastic and so much food whilst looking out over the beautiful old town and James (the manager) was so friendly and helpful. Highly recommend staying here, great rooms, views, service and full of character.

Les plus la localisation, la terrasse avec une vue incroyable et chauffée ( le rêve pour l’apéro) le responsable de la réception charmant, efficace et attentionné . La chambre est petite ( pas d’armoires ) et la salle de bain très petite . La Qualité de l’insonorisation est un soucis, si vos voisins arrivent ou partent en pleine nuit vous vivez leurs mouvements en direct. Le resto le soir est un dépannage utile si vous ne souhaitez pas sortir mais plutôt décevant Donc au total du très bien et du moins bien.

Beautiful boutique hotel with a stunning art collection amazing views of the historic section of Quito. Our host, David and restaurant host, Chris made our stay memorable. David’s attention to our needs was truly appreciated. Chris’ attention to every request was amazing. The views from this location are truly the best in the historic district. Our room was very comfortable and the bathroom had all amenities. Make-up mirror, and great lightning were a lovely surprise. Our complimentary breakfast was extra special with beautiful plating and made to order omelettes or eggs. The steam room and hot tub were greatly appreciated amenities.

Excelente ubicación en el centro Histórico con una espectacular vista a la Virgen de Quito.. muy buena para fotografías. La comida estuvo bien en relación calidad precio. El servicio debería mejorar un poco, el personal un poco lento en la atención.

lovely boutique hotel with great view, great location to Old Town, very friendly helpful staff. Tower heater in bedroom worked well. Slightly chilly in breakfast room but not an issue for me. Taxi to mitad del Mundo only $15 (check with cabby first).

The hotel has outstanding views of Quito , it’s actually the highest point in Quito . To get to the hotel you will drive through empty streets and it is on a steep heel . I would not drive a car myself there . The rooms are decorated in a traditional Ecuadorian style . Breakfast is serviced 7-9 am and we were able to preorder our own breakfast as we had to leave at 7:30 am while I was informed the breakfast has 6 courses . Service was great . Bar is open till 9:30 pm .

The place was unique and beautiful. The view itself was worth it alone. Daniel helped us navigate transportation and activities throughout our entire stay. The staff were kind and helpful, both before and during our stay.

We picked this gem of a hotel for its location in the heart of the old town, with views that are simply spectacular. It feels less like a hotel and more like staying in someone’s grand mansion. The breakfast, prepared by a sweet grandmother, was beautifully presented and absolutely delicious. The suites have towering ceilings that transport you to another time. The staff are warm, welcoming, and clearly passionate about what they do. Highly recommended!"
