First of all, the price changes at check-in. I ended up paying an extra $7 for two nights.
And about the hot water… honestly, it’s not true, so I didn’t even take a shower.
Rather than trying to save a few bucks, I recommend not going to other places nearby with similar prices.

Economical and affordable, if you stay for a long time, it is still okay. Overall it is okay. The boss is worth mentioning. He is very nice and does his best. There are statues here and the Independence Square is very close. A taxi costs 1 to 3 US dollars.,,,

The area is unsafe. The property owner gave me room key but not the key for the front gate. So in and out of hotel, I need to ring the doorbell. If he is not in, I can’t get in.
