La ubicación es excelente a media cuadra del mercado de artesanías, a cuadra y media de la plaza de la constitución y a cuadra y media también de la alameda. El hotel es pequeño pero muy funcional, el plus es la alberca climatizada cuenta con un chapoteadero pequeño y la profundidad es de 1.60 lo cual lo hace perfecta para disfrutarla. En la planta alta se encuentra una terraza con camastros y dos jacuzzis baños puedes reservar el jacuzzi con una hora de anticipación para que lo preparen. Las habitaciones son cómodas con aire acondicionado techos altos por lo cual mitiga el calor, la limpieza es buena en general, las camas son muy cómodas y afortunadamente no nos tocó nada de ruido por lo cual pudimos descansar muy bien, la televisión cuenta con canales por cable, el internet llegó a fallar en muy pocas ocasiones pero regresaba pronto, el personal es excelente se esmeran en estar pendientes de lo que necesites. Incluye un desayuno a la carta básico pero muy rico consta de jugo de naranja café o té, fruta picada, huevos al gusto, quesadillas, enchiladas o chilaquiles lo cual es suficiente para iniciar el día. La verdad es que sí regreso y lo recomiendo ampliamente.

Great little hotel to stay at. Staff is accommodating and incredibly helpful, they really want to make people comfortable there. It's also located right in downtown Querétaro, within walking distance to restaurants, churches, and things to do. My only two caveats are that it may be a bit overpriced, and that sounds from neighboring rooms easily leak into your space. Other than that, it was a good experience.

La ubicación es cerca del centro, por lo cual llegas caminando sin problema. La zona l sentimos muy segura. El servicio de estacionamiento es un plus, ya que los hoteles del centro suelen no tenerlo, aunque está a dos cuadras del hotel, dejas el auto y te olvidas de manejar. Lo único malo es que si por algo lo sacaste, tienes que guardarlo antes de las 10 pm, hora del cierre. El personal del hotel es muy amable, las habitaciones pequeñas pero cómodas. El detalle del jacuzzi es muy bueno!! Llegando de una larga caminata y asoleada y meterte al jacuzzi es doblemente relajante.

El personal muy amable, el hotel está cerca del centro y el desayuno incluido es bastante bueno. Las instalaciones están en buen estado, los puntos no tan buenos son que las habitaciones son un poco pequeñas y que el estacionamiento está a 3 cuadras, aún así muy recomendable

No tenemos ningún comentario negativo. La atención desde que llegamos fue perfecta. Los cuartos muy cómodos con aire acondicionado, TV, todo lo que necesitas y súper limpios. A 5 min caminando del centro. Los desayunos deliciosos. Súper recomendado.

Habitación pequeña, confortable y la alberca siempre la encontramos sola, con agua caliente,por falta de tiempo nos faltó usar el Jakusy, los desayunos muy ricos, con excelente ubicación, pronto regresaremos

Bon hôtel, chambres spacieuses. En plein centre de queretaro et au calme. Petit déjeuné inclus dans le prix de bonne facture. Chambre un peu humide, et une sur deux avec de la poussière. Personnel attentif. Eau chaude déconnectée la nuit (21/22h) mais rebranché sur demande.
