Rooms were nice, good space and comfortable. View from the pool is great, and green surroundings makes common for animals to come around. We were enjoying a coffee by the pool when a cute titi (squirrel monkey) came to join us!! They have coffee, tea and chocolate available 24/7 for guests. It’s pet friendly, too!
My boyfriend was very happy with the service, all staff were very kind and helpful

Lumpy old pillows, mildew stained ceilings, nickel and diming on ridiculous things (charging for a pool towel, a cup of ice at the bar, etc. The manager (owners son) was pretentious and rude. Of our six stays in Costa Rica, this was the only one we regretted.

I've stayed here since April 2004 I love the place It's off the beaten path it's nothing fancy but it's getting better and you want to stay in the jungle anyhow I don't want any Foo Foo hotel. And J's great Maria still there several of the new girls are there and the guys and everything's fine. Food in the restaurants outstanding the presentation is excellent.

Uffff por dónde empezar, no es un hotel de 3 estrellas yo creo que ni llega a 2 ☹️. Sucio, con olor a moho, las mesas estaban pegajosas, un horror. Lo único positivo eran los camareros de la noche que eran simpáticos y serviciales por lo demás no volvería ni aunque fuera gratis

El personal del hotel fue muy amable y servicial en todo momento. Incluso, nos hicieron un upgrade sin costo de nuestra habitación. El proceso de registro y salida fue sumamente rápido, nos ayudaron con el equipaje y consultas. El hotel cuenta con una sala de estar con varios juegos de mesa para todas las edades, lo cual ayuda muchísimo en tardes de lluvia. Las habitaciones son amplias y cómodas, limpias y todo funcionaba bien. La piscina es agradable y suficientemente grande para el hotel. Finalmente, el hotel cuenta con un restaurante que ofrece varias opciones de desayuno y frutas incluidas, agradable. Se puede almorzar y/o cenar en el lugar, por un costo adicional (intermedio, varias opciones entre $10 y $25).

Le déjeuner vaut la peine. Faites attention à vos affaires dans les chambres, vol d'argent. Quand on fait une réclamation et qu'on demande des explications, on nous répond que le manager ne se déplacera pas et qu'ils ne peuvent rien faire. Seul argument : "c'est pas nous"

Great hotel in the middle of nature, great pool, great food and the AC works reliably in a very nice room with a hammock on the balcony, we have been here for the second time and would come back anytime... it is also logistically very convenient close to the entrance to Manuel Antonio NP

This is the greatest place I have ever stayed! I am overjoyed to think about returning one day. Best food ( don’t bother going to other restaurants bc the best cooking is right under your nose). Andre will treat you like a rockstar ( he’s awesome). Jesus and Favi are both like family. I can’t say enough good about this place. The only bad thing was checking out!
