Miguel’s surf camp is zoveel meer als een surf kamp. We hebben er de beste ervaring gehad van onze Costa Rica trip op zoek naar rust, natuur en verbinding! Gevonden bij Miguel, Pilar en Matías en hun honden. We gingen ook met Miguel en Matías mee op Mangrove toer en als een echte professionele gids vertelde Miguel ons over de vogels, de verschillende soorten mangroves, hun functie en een paar grote krokodillen op ons pad. Wat een mooie ervaring was dat! Zeker doen wanneer je in de buurt bent van Quepos! En Miguel is een heel aangename gastheer en gids!

We ended up by chance after a surf in Jaco in this place isolated from the modern world and immersed in nature, in the middle of a village where you can truly live PURA VIDA 🇨🇷 Miguel and his family will remain in your heart Wonderful days 🤩

We loved Miguels Surf Camp. It was the best time we had all trip and we just happened to stumble upon it. Miguel was communicative, helpful, fun to be around, and had a great energy! He taught us surfing for the day with lessons that will stay with us forever! A little off the beaten path but totally worth it as it felt like the most authentic part of our trip. Miguel also helped us to the ferry at night which was a totally memorable experience. Miguel was awesome!!

Rustic and beautiful place created by Miguel’s own hands and endless energy. Respectful of the environment. It’s an adventure to get there, especially in rainy season, but we loved it! The breakfasts by Pilar were generous and very tasty.

Hola Miguel y Pilar Fuimos en 2019 en familia en agosto y lo pasamos genial. Los niños haciendo surf toda la tarde y luego aprendiendo a abrir cocos. Hoy os hemos visto en el vídeo de Charly Sinewan y nos hemos acordado mucho de vosotros y ver al niño tan mayor nos ha emocionado. Un abrazo Pedro y Lupe

I camped here, with the smell of dog poop, that I was told to remove when I wanted to set my tent up! Beach had a lot of trash all over. Miguel being nice with a big fake smile. Dogs barking through the night, and also wanting to attack me as I walked from the beach on to the property. As well as a water tank filling up through the night. Don't expect a good night's sleep. Great sunsets, but not enough to make up for what's lacking. Worst place I've been to in Costa Rica.
