Although the room facilities are not very new, it is very warm overall. The lady at the front desk is also very nice. However, there was road construction in Queenstown the night we checked in, so we hardly slept. But this is not the hotel's fault. The price/performance ratio is still high. The lady at the front desk also apologized. It is indeed very noisy, so everyone should pay attention to this.

Hotel was in a great location and had everything we needed; however, needs some updates. TV was partially broken and bathroom fan broken. Told the receptionist and he said he knew about it already. Also, walls are very thin so can hear flushing toilets and people walking about all through the night. Not a great sleep! Not too much of an issue, but as Queenstown is expensive, would be nice to have these things fixed if they knew about them!

The hotel is super conveniently located walking distance to the heart of town, but is also private and serene. The Juliet balconies in every room are charming. Breakfast is good and there are sofas and sitting areas inside and outside where you can read or watch the stars. If you miss out on one of the four parking spots, the pay lot is only a few steps away and it’s free overnight. Also, the hotel is right next to the gondola, which was convenient. We had a great time here.

The accommodation is very comfortable. You can directly see the beautiful lake view on the upper and lower floors. There are parking spaces, suitable for self-driving friends! It's easy to cook and travel, not far from the center of Queenstown! Personally highly recommended!
