Everything was excellent. The apt. was clean and cozy with full equipped kitchen. The location was very close to the Queenstown Gardens and just a few minutes walk to the central city. Highly recommended!

The motel is very nice, close to downtown, and has all amenities to use. The motel price is also reasonable. All staff are kind and helpful.

really friendly staff with great amenities! the one who was working the reception that day made a mini mistake and offered to let us stay in a bigger and nicer room which was vacant for the 2 days we were there. location also rly good.. just a 5min drive away from town centre so rly quite convenient

Overall pretty good stay at the motel.

I used it for 4 nights and 5 days in Queenstown. It was well-equipped and the distance to town was not too far, so I was able to travel back and forth comfortably. It was not too far from the Milford Sound pick-up location and the Hop-on-Hop pick-up location, so I was able to travel comfortably during my trip. The staff was very friendly, so I had a pleasant trip.

It is relatively close to the center of Queenstown, and it is very convenient to go to the center of town because it is downhill. There is a long slope back to the room, but because many B&Bs in Queenstown are on the hillside, this is also very normal. There is not a 24-hour front desk, but you don’t need any room service when you check in. There is cleaning every day. Relatively speaking, it is a very cost-effective accommodation in Queenstown. Some suites have very complete tableware and are quite suitable for cooking by yourself.
