Staff were friendly and helpful, room was basic and small but fine for a couple of nights. Very busy with bikers, there’s a noise ban after 10pm but the walls are thin so could still hear a lot even though people weren’t being loud & noisy. Great view from outside our room when the girls next door didn’t have their washing hung out

Room was good. Bathroom was good. Perfect for what we needed. Front door was broken and didn’t lock so that wasn’t great. Other than that, really good place. View from the top was so amazing

Really pleased with my stay, location wise is near to gondola and to city center, pretty accessible. Side note: it is a workout going to the accommodation, good to burn calories with the slope. Amenities wise is alright. Good for families to stay at the loft and for backpackers as well.

It's hard to get up the hill, so if you have a lot of luggage, I recommend going by car. My neighbors were peeking in and it was scary.

Great value for money compared to other places, good space, great heating and great shower. It is 12-15 minutes from the center, but you have to know that it is uphill so it costs a little more to return. The only thing in the room is the low mezzanine for my size and the very steep staircase, which I didn't really like, otherwise it's worth going up the small climb, including the view from up there is great.
