The hotel service is average. It may be a popular hotel. But the breakfast and hotel scenery are good. You can book a free hot spring. You need to make an appointment in advance. I was a last-minute person. I only made an appointment for 8 am.

This hotel is the most satisfactory one for our group (a little expensive), and it was also recommended to me by a good friend. It was quite good when I visited it myself. The service is thoughtful, the service staff is kind and patient, it is worth recommending

I don't recommend staying here in the past year. The location is far away. It takes 35 minutes to walk to the city center. There is no free shuttle bus. There is a bus at the door. It costs 2 yuan per time (with a bus card) and 4 yuan without a card. There is no free parking space. The hotel is under maintenance and it is very noisy. The view of the hot spring is completely blocked by the construction site. Except for the nice view of the restaurant, there is no highlight. The cost performance is very low. The sound insulation effect of the room is very poor. You can hear the cough of the neighbor next door. It is not recommended.

This is a popular hotel in Queenstown. The rooms are very comfortable and well-equipped. The front desk staff is very enthusiastic and the guy took the initiative to help with the luggage. It was a very pleasant travel experience.
