호텔이 매우 깨끗하고, 방도 넓고 쾌적했습니다. 2층이라 전망이 앞 호텔 지붕에 쌀짝가려 아쉬운 점이 있었습니다.
직원들이 매우 친절하고 시내까지 접근성도 매우 좋았습니다만, 가파른 언덕 길을 오르내리는 것이 노약자들에게는 조금 버거울 수 있습니다.

The hotel looks like it's right by the lake, but there's actually no main entrance to the lake... You need to climb up the hill, then down, and walk a long way to get to the lake. I live on the 7th floor, and the elevator can't go directly there, so I need to carry my luggage upstairs.

The hotel is decorated to 5-star standards, luxurious and comfortable. It is very close to the Queenstown Lake District Pier and a short walk to various entertainment venues. It is a very good experience!

Great hotel with nice vibe and great design. Amazing view for the breakfast. Staff is also very nice. Would have loved to stay longer.

The hotel interior is wonderful and the room size is perfect. It is up a steep hill so it is a bit difficult to get there with a suitcase.
