B&B de la Fontaine

No parking The place was clean and as described. However, this is no parking associated with the building. You have to park in public lots or garages that are sometimes full. Be prepared to walk a ways to/from parking. There is not even a loading zone/15 minute parking area to drop off your bags. You just have to figure it out. When you get there they just have a map of the city with some highlighted places you can park. But again, there are not any reserved spots associated with the B&B so they were full at times which led us to have to circle around the city googling places to park. I find it very misleading that this place advertises that it has parking.

Avoid this place at all cost. They have terrible customer service and will steal your money. We booked several nights at this hotel through a booking site. This was a 'no prepayment required, pay at the hotel' reservation with cancellations up to 30 days prior to arrival date. Our travel plans got cancelled and we cancelled our hotel way ahead of the 30 days. Upon looking at our credit card statement, B&B de la Fontaine charged us $30 for no reason (as no payment was required) and this was even before we cancelled. I have phoned them twice and both times the person I spoke with said that they will look into this and call me back. They have yet to contact me at all regarding this matter and it has been months. I have contacted the site I booked this through and they also tried numerous times to contact them, by phone and email and explained my situation and requested them to contact them as well and requested they refund me the $30.00. They have refused to reply to them also. Please check your bank or credit card statements as they might have also charged you when they should not have. Shame on them for taking people's money and refusing to deal with them after. They are thieves and are probably doing this to many people. We will never stay there....find another place...lots of beautiful places to stay in Quebec City, but B&B de la Fontaine is not one of them.

Great spot Wonderful location for wandering. Beautiful city. The room was clean and adequate for my stay of 2 nights. Safe and accommodating. I would stay here again.
