Perfect location! Clean, updated living space. Beds, pillows were better than expected. A suitcase holder/small table in bedrooms would be helpful so wouldn’t need to put suitcases on floor to access. Also, a few more hangers would be helpful for travelers. Hardly heard any sounds from the streets below. Enjoyed seeing festival fireworks/views from building terrace. Communication with managing company is not great. Never received a response. Bath tub/shower is deep - older people may have trouble getting in & out. Tub is very slippery. A booklet with a map of area, how to operate heat/AC, operate TV (we could NOT get any TV channels to work for us… had to use Netflix only), and list of telephone numbers for emergencies would be helpful. The scanned code information provided in the unit was not helpful.

Fantastic location, we loved walking out of the building into the bustling street. Restaurants and shops all close by. Apartment was well laid out and clean, beds were comfortable, loved the terrace. Complaints were no coffee tea, milk sugar etc. I don’t think I have ever stayed in a place like that before and not had those things supplied. We were also disappointed there were no board games (we had two thunderstorms) and no tv streaming service. Couldn’t find anything in English on the tv. Washer and dryer but no soap. Shampoo but no conditioner. Having said that I would and have already recommended the place, should we ever go back we would take some of these items with us. It is those little things though that make a stay better. There were no close good grocery stores to shop in.

Incredible location. Perfect for families. Very easy check in and out and able to leave luggage at sister property downtown. Very clean but washing machine was a bit dirty. Kitchen has everything you need. Beds comfy and clean.
