We had a wonderful stay at QUALITY INN—perfect for families with kids! The rooms were spacious, spotless, and very comfortable. Our children loved the clean and well-maintained warm pool especially after a long day walk in Old Quebec. The breakfast buffet had a great variety and was a great way to start each day. The staff are really nice and the guest laundry room are helpful to have clean clothes after our family trip. Highly recommended for a relaxing family getaway.

For the registration, really bad, he didn't have my reservation, the lady tells me that I don't have a reservation.?? After showing her my reservation on my cell phone,,
She doesn't understand,, after a long wait, she tells me she doesn't know trip.com,, well I'm really not in a good mood?? So finally a room, but at the end of the long corridor last room,, me who has a leg disability,, can't walk very much,, an elevator,, and too far,, I wouldn't return to this hotel??
