Hotel extrêmement bruyante. Chambre avec balcon sur la piscine, musique et crit jusqu'à minuit. Des enfants qui court dans les couloirs jusqu'à 1h am, 5h am des enfants dans le jardin tropicaux qui hurlent. Les jeux d'eau brisé sans avertissement. 20$ par enfants de plus PAR NUIT.. indiqué 20$ par enfants donc un 75$ de plus sur ma facture?? tout est veillot, tapis, chambre etc Peu d'activité.

Le concept de l'hotel pour la famille est excellent, mais toutes les installations ont besoin de "cleaning" ou plutot remise a neuf. Toute est vieux, notre chambre 147 est bien situé, acces directe au jeux gonflanle et a quelques pas de l'acces a la piscine, mais tout est tellement vieullot. Les mures sont craqué, la peinture du plafond etait entrain de s'ecuailler et le tapis n'a pas l'aire d'aspirer depuis des semaines. Overall c'est ok pour une fin de semaine avec les enfants, mais sans plus.

Négatif: les lits dont très bruyants et grince, je ne pese que 125 lbs et a chaque fois que je me retournait ou qu’un enfant bouge cela nous reveillait. Les rideaux ne sont pas opaque donc a 6hrs du matin clair dans la chambre tout le monde etait reveiller (balcon cote piscine) Positif: très propre, service courtoie, beaucoup de jeux pour enfants tres apprécier.
