Hôtel Lindbergh

Before booking with this hotel it was not stated that there would be no where in the hotel for other adults whom we travelled with to sit and socialize past 10pm! We were there with a sports group and I was very disappointed and felt like I was being treated like a child being told that I could not sit at the common area with my friends and play a game of cards and socialize…. If the noise level is the reason then renovate a space where it doesn’t effect the other clients at your hotel… I paid a lot of money to stay at the hotel and be told like a child to go to my room…. If I knew before booking that you have such strict expectations then I would not have booked this hotel! To be told to go to my room at 10pm is extremely disrespectful to myself and the others who where minding their business quietly socializing with other guests and enjoying themselves to be told that a 40 year old has a curfew is extremely annoying! This was not a good experience and is the worst hotel I have stayed at!! Please make your expectations of your clients clear BEFORE booking not when they have travelled 9 hrs to get there and be told to sign a waiver explaining your unrealistic expectations with no translation and then feel like you have no choice but to sign because all you want to do is get to your room and decompress from your travel! I felt like I was scammed in thinking that this was going to be an enjoyable stay but it was nothing but that! You have a big area outside to have your guest sit and socialize and it’s gated and locked up at 8pm!! This is so crazy! So much space but not accommodating! Horrible stay! I would only recommend this place for people who want to go to sleep early! This is not a place for families and sports teams to travel too!!! Please don’t try to lure those groups to stay there because your expectations and rules don’t accommodate their needs!!!
