The hotel didn't proactively provide disposable toiletries. But I'm very grateful to the front desk agent for upgrading us to a room with a view. Opening the curtains (the windows wouldn't open) revealed the Château Fontana and the Plains of Abraham. Birds were constantly foraging and squirrels were playing. In the distance, we could see the Saint Lawrence River.

The room is okay, there is no bottled water, no blackout curtains, the light at the door of the opposite resident is facing the window where I live, so I can only sleep with my back all night. The hotel has to go up the steps on the second floor. The steps are steep and narrow. You need to be careful when you carry the suitcase up and down. When we checked out, we took the suitcase and fell down the steps!

Every need was taken care of! We loved our stay here! The hotel had tea/coffee available all day, a wonderful hot tub spa, and I loved the view (and quiet) from the Terrace. It rained one evening and they even have umbrellas available to guests. The reception desk were extremely friendly and helpful! The hotel was every quiet and very close to all amenities. It was clean and the beds were comfortable. When we were checking out we were able to put our luggage in storage to accommodate a tour of the underground at Dufferin Terrasse and a later trip back to the airport. I would definitely book this hotel again.

The hotels location is incredible, right beside the Fairmont and steps from a lot of attractions in old Quebec City. The room is quiet and the beds were super comfortable! We all as a family slept fantastic, even the kids on who slept on the Murphy bed. Kitchenette amenities include a microwave, toaster oven, and a mini fridge. There is a small grocery store about 2 blocks away and a much larger one just outside the walls of old Quebec. The staff are super friendly and attentive to your requests, we will definitely stay here again on our next visit.

My husband and I plus 2 friends stayed here July 12-15 2025. What a wonderful spot in old Quebec City! It was in a perfect location. Just down the hill from the Citadel, just up a hill from many great places to eat, up the hill from the entrance to the Chateau Frontenac and the main Dufferin Terrace. It was a little longer walk down to Petite Champlain. It is across the street from a beautiful park with a walk straight thru to Dufferin Terrace. The rooftop terrace is wonderful!!! So relaxing with the beautiful Chateau right there! We did have a deluxe room with a park view, so it was quite spacious. There was a separate toilet room, but the sink and shower were in the room. Our friends booked late and had a really tiny room with Murphy bed. You can pay for a breakfast which was terrific( but get there early or else there is little choice). All the staff are wonderful. There is luggage storage and a lounge area downstairs or up on the terrace if you arrive early. I would very highly recommend this hotel!!! Be sure to eat at Polina's restaurant down the hill!! Book early for a bigger room. Note there was an annual music festival going on while we were there (July 6-12) 100,000 extra visitors. Fun music, but a lot of people We LOVED this hotel!!!

Très bel accueil à la réception de l’hôtel, le Check-in c’est fait assez vite et avec courtoisie. Les chambres ne sont pas très grandes mais elles sont très propres, le lit très confortable et la literie est numéro un, choix d’oreillers également.

Belle découverte que cet hôtel! Nous avons été bien accueilli, même avec le surclassement de notre chambre queen pour une King avec vue sur le fleuve et le château Frontenac. Un très bel emplacement et plein de services agréables : jacuzzi, déjeuner, bar à vin et terrasse sur le toit C’est sûr que je le recommande
