I loved the cleanliness and location of the hotel. The kids also loved the swimming pool and spa. The staff was friendly and I was very satisfied with the free fresh apples provided in the morning and the free snacks provided at the bar. What needs to be improved is that the TV is so old that you can't connect to Netflix, YouTube, or your phone at all, and the bed mattress is so worn out that two people are crowded in the middle in the morning.^^

Nous sommes arrivés le jeudi 24 juillet. Nous avons pris la chambre standard, 273$. Nous avions décidé d'essayer l'hôtel puisqu'il en parle toutes les fins de semaine à Salut bonjour et cela paraissait exceptionnel. Bel accueil par un valet, mais la seule chose !!! Les Bains extérieurs manquent d'entretien, les stations extérieures (bar/bistro) complètement fermés malgré la belle température. Le gym, une partie sans air climatisé, quand il fait 30° à l'extérieur c'est pénible. La chambre très ordinaire avec de la moisissure dans la salle de bain. Douche qui semblait wow, mais non, explication pour l'utilisation des multiples jets, m'était paa claire. Nous avons aspergé le plancher de la salle de bain et du passage 2 fois, sans oublier que je me suis ébouillanté. La nuit pénible, air climatisé bruyante bruyante bruyant !!!! Chaque fois qu'elle se mettait en marche cela nous réveillait. Nous avons essayer de mettre un meuble pour l'empêcher de vibrer un peu. Lorsque nous air climatisé s'arrêtait nous entendions celle de la chambre à côté de nous. Évaluation très surfaite du bonne entente. Nous n'étions pas les seuls à vivre la même chose. Les clients quittant juste avant nous avaient les mêmes commentaires.

Hotel très sympathique au service impeccable. Belle chambre, beaucoup de rangement, salle de bain spacieuse et rénovée. Les lieux sont joliment aménagés avec plusieurs charmants espaces de détente autour de point d'eau. Piscine, spa, salle de jeu rempli de bonbons, salles d'exercises completes ajoutent au confort. Les petits déjeuners sont exquis et on a beaucoup aimé le service chaleureux de Thérèse et celui du concierge Michel. Les bornes électriques sont gratuites et nombreuses mais s'il n'y en a pas de dispo, ne vous en faites pas, durant la nuit, quelqu'un se fera un plaisir de déplacer les voitures à charge complète pour brancher la vôtre. Bref un très agréable séjour!

Nous avons reçu un dédommagement après quelques insatisfactions. Nous avons fait une réservation un samedi à 18h30 pour 9 personnes au restaurant. Les enfants ont reçu leurs repas à 19h30, nos entrées à 20h30 et les repas à 21h. Concernant le menu, il n'y avait plus de Morue, de Haut de côte de bœuf, de potage, ni de tomate. Ils nous ont expliqué qu'il y avait 2 mariages et que la nourriture était restreinte pour le restaurant. Pour le buffet, déjeuner, c'était la même chose. Pour ce qui est de la chambre, il y avait une odeur de ville hôtel et notre toilette ne flush pas bien.

We really enjoyed our stay at this hotel. The room was quiet, very clean, and the bathroom setup — especially the tub — was a highlight. The pool and hot tub were also great for relaxing after a day of sightseeing. While the location is a bit of a distance from Old Quebec, it was still well worth staying here for the peaceful atmosphere and quality of the accommodations. One downside: we were disappointed that we couldn’t get a reservation at the on-site restaurant, even though it looked almost empty. That said, plenty of dining options are just a short drive away. Overall, a lovely stay and we’d definitely consider returning.

Five stars? Except for the restaurant! For the rest, the room was large but dated. Upon arrival, the beds were made in a roughly way, far from a spring bed, the sheets were not ironed, the next day they were only pulled up (more or less like when someone arrives and you pull up the bed to give a minimal sense of order). Luckily, the rules of a 5-star hotel include daily cleaning service with afternoon tidying up. Towels with long black hair, a cup dirty with feces on the inside edges, the next day the dirty mirror in the room was not cleaned. Bathroom products for one person only, no slippers, etc. yellowed bathrobes. You have to carry your own suitcases. Only one receptionist to welcome us. The exteriors are not very well kept. I'll stop here, actually, no, they also ask for a credit card for a deposit (about $250 if I'm not mistaken)
