Nice place to stay, especially if you’re planning to mostly be out and about to explore. The location is perfect.
The rooms are basic and not luxurious, but everything you need is there. Having an AC was definitely worth it. There also a common area and an unmanned reception with some kitchen facilities.
I had to contact the accommodation for check-in info, but they were very prompt, friendly and helpful. The self-checkin with access codes was easy.
There’s no elevator and the rooms are not on ground floor level, I knew this of course, because it’s written in the hotel info.
I had a room with a balcony and that was a nice touch. There’s also a patio on the rooftop.
It would be nice if they provide some more information about the place. I discovered the patio by just exploring myself.
All by all, I had a good stay of 2 nights. I only slept in the place, as I was mostly outdoors.

It’s far away from old Quebec (main) city.
It is one of a motel (air BNB),NOT hotel. No staff available (self check-in). Hard to carry over your luggage(s).
A Hair dry didn’t promptly work.
Never come back again.

J'appréhendais un peu mon séjour, vues les critiques sur cet hôtel, mais j'ai été très contente. J'ai eu la chambre 4 qui n'est pas si petite que cela. Oui le lavabo est dans la chambre : so what ! La douche est super grande. Tout est bien propre. J'ai aimé le concept style coloc. L'hôtel est hyper bien placé. 20 minutes à pied du Vieux Québec. Oui, effectivement c'est un peu bruyant mais avec des boules Quiès ça passe. Et Dieu sait que je suis sensible au bruit. Après mon retour j'ai ouïe dire qu'il y avait de temps en temps des vols dans cet hôtel. Personnellement je n'ai pas eu de pb mais j'ai eu un changement de code en milieu de séjour donc j'ai supposé qu'il y avait eu suspicion. Le principe d'échanger sur whats'app est pas mal car très réactif. Bref, je suis vraiment très contente de ce séjour. Merci à l'équipe qui a été top et très sympa.

The advertisement is deceiving. It is actually a bit run down at the front. No on site attendant. My room is nice but everything else was a bit scary. Would recommend that they be more honest about arrival. I called the emergency number and the person asked if I had received the text with codes and instructions. Do not recommend this for anyone.

Voyage à 3 adultes: mon mari, notre fille de 21 ans et moi. Veille maison rénovée, nous avions une suite très spacieuse. Grand lit de 2 personnes et 1 lit d'une personne. Chambre bien équipée (machine à café, fer à repasser, etc). Belle petite terrasse. Idéalement située pour aller à pied dans Québec. Le +: au 1er étage, une armoire où on peut se servir avec les produits de toillette, serviettes, serviettes hygiéniques,etc.

Il s'agit en fait d'une formule Airbnb au prix d'un hôtel. Pas d'accueil, accès par un code. Pas de services, pas de petit déjeuner sur place, pas de ménage régulier (1 jour sur deux), chambre minuscule, confort spartiate, norme de securite hors dage (prise de courant au dessus du lavabo) et prix élevé. Bref, ne pas y aller est le meilleur choix

I knew what the hotel was going to be like, and the price was accordingly cheaper than other hotels we investigated. If price is important, then by all means, stay at this hotel. If we go again, we'll pay more to avoid hauling our suitcases up two long flights of stairs. The rooms are funky, but clean. We were sent instructions on how to get into the hotel and into our room. There were other people staying there but we saw no one and we never saw the owner/manager, either.
