Everything was great, comfortable, and clean. The downside is that they send the code via text message, and those of us who come from outside Canada don't receive it and have to call. This creates problems!

Self-service check-in, not a hotel like Airbnb, no staff, no service, parking is very inconvenient, the hotel only has 2 parking spaces, it is very cold to park and walk back in the winter, and you have to carry your luggage. I called the front desk number online and chose English but the call didn't go through. I finally had to choose French before someone answered and I could enter the room. If I had known this would happen, I would not have booked it. Such a high rating is very misleading to consumers. The so-called login code was not sent to the email until 4-5 am local time. It's a very nice hotel, very close to the train station. The old town attractions can be visited on foot. The train was at 5:30 the next day, so I chose a room with a kitchen without breakfast. The kitchen was fully equipped with various electrical appliances, very clean, comfortable and reasonably priced. If you check in at night, you must contact us before check-in, otherwise, you cannot enter the hotel without the password and specific room number. This is a hotel without a front desk and the door is locked. It's my first time staying in a hotel of this type and I have no experience. You can go and try it!

The building itself seemed a bit old but it is newly renovated. One thing is that the bathroom is too small and the shower facilities are outdated. Other than the that, the rooms are clean and neat. The location is great as well.

First of all, the location is very convenient. It's near the commercial pedestrian street.
It’s just that the up and down hills are not very friendly, especially from the train station where you will encounter a long climb.

The suite we stayed in was spacious and really well thought out. It had all the facilities you would need making it a home from home experience. It was clean and fresh with plenty of towels and essential toiletries. We absolutely loved staying here. The location was perfect so that we could walk everywhere. I highly recommend this place to anyone visiting Quebec. It’s also wheelchair accessible which was important for our friends staying in a separate suite at the hotel.
