This property is Francois and Martin's home which makes it the most pleasant and unique of experiences for visitors to Quebec city. They will make you feel welcome it will help you find the best entertainment, and in my particular case went far above and Beyond what I would consider normal hotelier services. When I got stuck in an unusually heavy snowfall in a rental car, they were more than willing and incredibly helpful in helping to dig me out so that my girlfriend and I could get on with the business of enjoying our stay.
The location is peerless, being in old Quebec directly beneath the city walls a block from ancient churches and the museum of civilization. Restaurants, galleries, and all that Quebec city has to offer is within an easy walking distance even in heavy snow.
I recommend asking your proprietors about the art and their extensive plant collection in between petting "baby chien".
The shared facilities encourage socialization with your fellow guests, which far from being a detriment in this travelers opinion enhances the entire experience.

Site remarquable dans une petite rue peu passante et unique par sa configuration et son charme. Accès immédiat (moins de 10 minutes) à une quantité de vues, d’attractions et de restaurants. Notre chambre donnait sur la falaise : calme assuré. Communication fluide et accueil exceptionnel par les hôtes, par leur souplesse et les petits déjeuners gastronomiques. François et Martin sont de supers hôtes, ils prennent bien soins de leurs invités. Ils sont tous deux très sympathiques. Martin prépare de très bons petits déjeuners locaux et Francois est très disponible pour vous aider à organiser votre journée et vos soirées. Le gîte est très bien situé pour les visites, entre le port et la vielle ville, il est confortable et très propre. Je vous le recommande a 200 %

Emplacement exceptionnel , chambre cosy et très bien décorée, petit déjeuner délicieux … mais tout ça n’est rien à côté de l’accueil de François et Martin (sans oublier Armand) la meilleure chambre d’hôte de Québec, du Québec, du Canada, d’Amérique du Nord , du monde (j’exagère à peine ) l’accueil est délicat attentionné sans être envahissant et les petits déjeuner en leur compagnie sont un vrai plaisir BRAVO MESSIEURS
