Crystals Beach Resort Belle Mare, a member of Radisson Individuals

The hotel is on the east coast, very close to Kashima. The fare for other attractions is more than 500 RMB. The hotel rooms are large and new, and there are many activities. The glass bottom boat, pedal boat and canoe are free, glass bottom. The boat is scheduled to be ordered at 9:00 in the morning, the charges for other charges are reasonable, the breakfast is basically the same, dinner is a theme every day, French and seafood are good, and there is a French handsome service, super eye-catching! The younger brother at the front desk also booked a cheap rental for us when we left, thank you very much!
Ambre - Adults only

My husband and I have travelled extensively as a couple to adult-only resorts, and we have realistic expectations of what to expect from a 4-star resort. After reading the reviews before we booked, we wondered if we had booked at the same Ambre Sunlife Mauritius Resort on arrival. The numerous issues we encountered left us feeling deeply dissatisfied, turning what was supposed to be a milestone birthday celebration holiday into a disheartening experience. Based on its promotional material, we booked a flight/hotel package with BA and had high hopes for Ambre Ambre Sunlife Mauritius Resort. We are amazed that BA gives this hotel four stars. It is the worst four-star hotel we've ever stayed in, and it was not worth the price. We couldn't wait to leave. It might suit some people, but it wasn't perfect for us. The most appalling part was the stark contrast between the advertised experience and the reality. It felt like a betrayal of our expectations. BA advertises that Ambre Sunlife Mauritius Resort offers a relaxing experience by the pool and beach with beach butler bar service, which is misleading and does not represent the resort's service. The website images do not describe how the resort currently looks, so the reality was disheartening. Despite the stunning location and sheltered beach, Ambre Sunlife Mauritius Resort fell short of our expectations. The experience from day one was dissatisfying and did not improve. The whole resort is very dated and needs a refurbishment with improved daily maintenance and hygiene standards. The sunbeds are so old and uncomfortable you could feel the metal frame, and most of them were ripped with mould; the pool has black dirt/gunge around the top of the pool where the glass tiles finish, missing tiles, in the pool, uneven decking with screws, the risk to cut feet, and poor lighting at night around the complex etc. All of these are unacceptable for a 4-star resort. A significant issue was the daily disruptive influx of all-inclusive day guests. It felt more like being on holiday in Benidorm than in Mauritius. They came in large groups of 10 to 20 male or female friends or family and overcrowded the pool and beach areas. The continuous rowdy shouting, loud singing, and immature and obnoxious behaviour from 11 a.m. to 5 p.m. were intimidating and generally unsettled what should have been a peaceful atmosphere; this was poorly managed, and not once did any member of staff or management do anything significantly so the hotel residents could relax and enjoy the facilities. When the hotel is full, as we were advised when we complained, the management should not overcrowd the resort by overselling additional day guest passes when there are not enough sunbeds, tables and chairs, and glasses for the number of guests. The staff and management seemed to prioritise day visitors, leaving hotel residents neglected! There are so many day visitors that the queues to get food at the Indigo Restaurant at lunch

The hotel is very good, clean and beautiful, cost-effective. Fortunately, it is for breakfast and dinner. If you don’t want to go out, there isn’t even a small convenience store. It’s not a bad location. It’s really not a tourist tour in Mauritius. It is best to bring more snacks yourself, otherwise you can only blink.

We had a wonderful time at the Seasense hotel. The staff was exceptionally friendly and kind! Starting from the hotel manager Kevin, to our lovely housekeeping lady Hema! We had a lot of fun at the bar with Kamish and his fantastic drinks! The hotel is in very good condition and the rooms are functional and very clean. The sunbeds are arranged nicely underneath the palm trees on the beach. Pool has a good size, not huge, but big enough for a dip. Beautyful view from the pool. The spa looked very nice, but we didn‘t get to try it out. The beach is quiet, what we loved, no kids (what we loved even more). A great place to relax and unwind. Thanks everyone for making our stay special.

We stayed here recently for just over two weeks. It's a great hotel in a good location on the east coast. We never had a problem finding a sun lounger on the beach, but it was a bit breezy at times. Staff were fantastic. Food was excellent in the main dining room with plenty of choice. Wok n Roll is big on sushi, but has a rather limited menu otherwise. We could have gone 3 times, but only went once. There was a good selection of wine by the bottle - available at lunch and dinner - on the all inclusive package. There's entertainment in the bar most evenings. Again plenty of choice of inclusive drinks. It winds down about 22.30, and nothing too loud or raucous. We booked 3 trips through Deeya at the hotel - Five Islands boat trip with Danny (great day) - Flacq Central Market (interesting) - and a car for the day to tour the south of the island (definitely worth a visit). Shout out to Rajendra, Deepak, Nitish (Dining Room), Geraldine, Priya (Beach Bar), Shreesh (Main Bar), Vella (Somellier) who all went out of their way to make our holiday special. Just a couple of things to note - only beer and soft drinks in the mini bar (you have to order wine by the glass to be delivered). Take a beach bag, there isn't one in the room unless you're on honeymoon.
