Quarten Hotels with Gym

Normalerweise erhält der Gast eine kleine Entschädigung, wenn dem Personal Missgeschicke beim Servieren unterlaufen. Nachdem ein Tablett Cocktailgläser über mein Kleid ausgeschüttet wurde, musste ich nochmals nachhause fahren, um dieses umzuziehen, was unangenehm und mit Umtrieben verbunden war. Das Personal entschuldigte sich zwar, aber anschliessend war der Vorfall für sie vergessen. Die Cocktails wurden nicht mehr nachgeliefert, sondern es musste 2mal darauf hingewiesen werden, dass diese immer noch fehlen würden. Ein gastfreundlicher Betrieb würde einem als Wiedergutmachung für die Umtriebe zumindest ein Getränk offerieren. Bei der Bezahlung sagte die Serviererin jedoch nur lapidar, dass dies eben passieren könne. Also sollte man sich damit abfinden, einen Abend lang mit einem nassen, klebrigen Kleid da zu sitzen?? Ausserdem hatte ich den Eindruck, dass das Restaurant überbucht war. Obwohl ich einige Wochen davor reserviert hatte, konnte uns zur abgemachten Zeit kein freier Tisch angeboten werden. Leider kann ich die Location trotz der schönen Lage nicht empfehlen. Mehr Schein als Sein.

We spent a week in this hotel to drive to the Flumerbergen skiing. The location is also good for families. In 3min. You are with the car at the gondel underterzen and in 20min. In Tannenheim where you can go to the gondel. The staff is familiar and very friendly. Breakfast buffet is small but fine and you find something for everyone. Also for dinner we were there 3x. It was excellent! All very fresh and prepared and made with a lot of love. Price-performance absolutely suitable! The room is convenient and clean. It was just a good 5+7 size for us and our two children, because we were out of the world every day, but for the next time we would prefer something bigger - but this is a detail. Thank you very much to the hotel for the beautiful holidays we were allowed to spend with you. We will come back ;-)
