I spent 3 nights here, and the overall experience was not pleasant. When I arrived the first day, the front desk gave me a room that was not livable. It was so close to the next building (see photos). I requested to have the room changed for the second night. The manager upgraded to a better room. However, I wanted to try the spa using the coupon from the hotel. The spa manager said this coupon is only good for spending 980 or more, but it wasn't said anywhere in the coupon. Then, I wanted to use Dianping. She said they no longer honor Dianping. This hotel accepts large group tour, the tour girl was yelling at the lobby using an amplified speaker, which is very unprofessional at a 5 star hotel. The third night was the most expensive. She said she would honor the ctrip price but charge me 100 more. I don't understand why it is so difficult to be honest. The breakfast was good, the service was friendly but not honest, if you are not 100% alert, you will pay more. The Japanese restaurant was not good, the eel wasn't fresh and the taste was decent.

My friend stayed in a Qing Dynasty building renovated homestay two years ago. He praised it and recommended it to me. It was very conveniently located near West Street. Although the building is a bit old, it doesn't look dilapidated. After the renovation, it is both preserved and renewed. Every patio is my favorite. The room I stayed in is more spacious and comfortable after the upgrade. The breakfast made by the housekeeper is very delicious. It's a pity that I didn't meet the owner this time, otherwise I could have exchanged tea ceremony, but in the end I bought a few bags of tea from a distance, which is also a full load.

The B&B is in a great location, convenient for everything. They also offer a complimentary hairpin-making experience and a traditional puppet show experience. The hairpin-making experience is nearby, perfect for a relaxing getaway. The hairpin-making experience is fantastic. There are also many delicious restaurants within walking distance. The rooms are well-decorated, odor-free, with new facilities and a well-planned layout. We stayed two days and were completely satisfied. The customer service was attentive and met all our requests. They even brought tea sets and were very patient. We had a wonderful trip, especially the family room with its small balcony. We packed up a barbecue and ate it in the evening, watching the city lights and the smell of fireworks, and toasting under the stars. It was the perfect vacation experience.

1️⃣The hotel's location is really invincible. It is located at the important landmark bell tower. It is very convenient to go to the attractions in the old city. You can go back to rest at any time when you are tired of shopping at noon.
2️⃣The upgraded one-bedroom room on the east side is much larger. It is quite comfortable to live in. The only drawback is that there is a certain amount of street noise, but the hotel is equipped with earplugs. Andy, a follow-up colleague, also helped to reduce the afternoon tea in the hotel because of this noise problem.
3️⃣The breakfast is quite comfortable, mainly in terms of environment, landscape, and layout. However, there are a few cold dishes, which can be improved.
4️⃣The streets here are really beautiful, and there are terraces and rooftops.
5️⃣Finally, I want to say that the service is really good. Andy asked us about our needs in the morning, noon and evening. When I left, he gave me toiletries. He also gave me a box of Minnan rice cakes, which is very considerate. ❤️

This was the PERFECT location in Quanzhou...tucked within a cute art gallery/bar/restaurant. Quick walk to many temples and tourist spots. Super helpful and kind service. Received a bouquet of orange roses at check-in.
Facilities: The room was fully equipped, with fast air conditioning and prompt hot water. The bed and pillows were incredibly comfortable, and there was even a free coffee machine. ☕
Cleanliness: The cleanliness was exceptional. The sheets and pillowcases looked spotless, without a single stain. The tables and bathroom were also spotlessly clean, dust-free and odor-free, making for a very reassuring stay.
Environment: The hotel's overall ambiance was very nice. The lobby looked clean and comfortable, and the room was quiet, making it comfortable to sleep in. Transportation was also convenient. I'd definitely stay here again!
Service: The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful during check-in. They patiently answered any questions I had, making for a very welcoming and welcoming experience.

The homestay is located on Zhongshan Road in the ancient city and at the entrance of Chengtian Lane. The geographical location is very convenient, making it very convenient for visiting the ancient city. Chengtian Lane is also a characteristic ancient lane, with Chengtian Temple at the west end. As for the B&B itself, the room is 20+ square meters, which is large enough and the sanitary conditions are also good. The king room I booked has a terrace, which faces the residential area and has no view (after a visit, I found that the B&B has 3 guest rooms with terraces facing Zhongshan Road). The facilities in the room are in good condition. The homestay has no public area and does not provide breakfast. The front desk guy was very nice. We arrived early, stored our luggage and went out to play. When we came out of the room, he helped us move in. When we left, the luggage was well kept. He was a very nice guy.

The homestay I stayed at this time was super satisfying, especially the manager's sister gave a good impression. She is warm and natural, and the communication is very comfortable and will not make people feel deliberate. Whether it is to consult the questions related to the stay or talk about the surrounding situation, she responded very patiently, and the suggestions given were real. I can feel that it is really for the guests. This kind of friendly and thoughtful service makes the whole stay experience a lot of points.
The king-size bed room I booked was of moderate size, but fortunately it was very exquisite. The hotel is new, everything is good, the hot water is comfortable, the air-conditioning is very cold, it is clean and hygienic, the quilt and pillow are very soft, I slept well, the service is good, it is worth recommending to friends.

MM600504****The style of this homestay is very special, the Southeast Asian style, we live on the first floor, there are seats at the door, and there is an open-air balcony on the second floor. It is very comfortable to sit and blow at night. The location of the homestay is on West Street. It is very convenient to go out and eat or eat. The proprietress is also very warm and thoughtful. The only thing is a little bit small, we are a little crowded with three children.

MM783095****This stay was truly fantastic! The location is incredibly convenient, surrounded by a residential area, making it a very quiet place to rest. It's close to attractions, food courts, and more, and even a 2-yuan taxi will take you there—so tourist-friendly! The room was spotless, the bedding so comfortable I didn't want to get up. The soundproofing was also excellent, ensuring a peaceful and quiet night. The front desk staff were incredibly friendly, checking in and out quickly, and even offered helpful tips for nearby attractions. The breakfast was quite varied, with both Chinese and Western options, and the flavors were excellent. I was so satisfied every morning after a full meal and ready to go. With such great value for money, I'll definitely stay here again!

MM57117****The location is very good, Kaiyuan Temple to the old hall of West Street - Shenxiang a few steps, the rooftop can be quiet to see the East and West Tower, quiet and convenient to go anywhere. There are many specialty shops, old buildings, historical sites, and it is very interesting to walk through the streets. There are clean, well-decorated sets in the homestay, and a little bit of its own small characteristics. The room decoration and facilities are new, clean and tidy, and the supplies are available. The Chinese solid wood tea table tables and chairs are equipped with tea sets, which satisfy my children's freedom to make tea. The proprietress is good, the service is thoughtful, the room is upgraded for free, and the air conditioner is turned on for us in advance on a hot day, which is very intimate. The trip to Quanzhou was very pleasant.

GGuest UserThe B&B is located on Zhongshan Street, which is convenient for travel. Mili is right at the door, and the Bell Tower is 100 meters away, and Kaiyuan Temple is 700 meters away. Although it is on Zhongshan Road, it is not noisy, and it is quiet in the bustle. Clean and sanitary, bath towels and towels are all disposable. You can walk out of the Bell Tower to Zhongshan Road for food, and it is also convenient to buy clothes, shoes and other shopping.

SS1mplehou❤️I love this city so much
🏠Room facilities: I tried all the room types as much as possible, and my current feeling is still the same as the initial one, clean and hygienic, without any peculiar smell, I believe this is also the most important concern of any guest. From the time I checked into the room until I checked out, I could tell that every detail in the room was carefully designed. It was comfortable and warm, without the coldness of an ordinary hotel. Very suitable for playing with friends or loved ones
Surrounding environment: After all, the B&B is located in the ancient city, and food, clothing, housing and transportation are quite convenient. From Kaiyuan Temple through West Street to the Bell Tower, Zhongshan Road Pedestrian Street goes down to the Tianhou Ancient Palace. You just happen to meet a public welfare tour guide explaining the historical context of the South Gate. You will find that this is a city with a strong historical heritage and a city full of fireworks. The Flower Lane and Goldfish Lane also have their own mysteries and stories.
Service: Although this is my second time here, the butler is a very warm and hospitable person who will patiently answer every question. Can provide me with help in time

GGuest UserThis place is extremely close to West Street and also very near Jianfa Restaurant (I *think* that was the name – apologies, it was so good I forgot the exact details!). That restaurant was absolutely delicious and definitely worth trying. The accommodation itself was super comfortable and clean. The staff, especially the lady I interacted with, was incredibly thoughtful and attentive. I had originally booked for two nights, but due to a family issue, I only ended up staying one. They promptly helped me process the refund for the unused night and were very understanding and caring.

GGuest UserLocation: Very easy to find, just turn in at Ya Sanjia and a pavilion, very close to Yuan Temple and Nanwai Zongzhengsi ruins (4-5min foot journey)
Environment: Quiet place in the middle of noisy.
Facilities: The most highlight place is its rooftop, almost the highest in the same area, so you can stand on the high ground and see the twin towers and the ancient city scenery (it is also beautiful at night!); inform the hotel in advance of the arrival time to turn on the air conditioner, and the cool and pleasant environment is when you enter the door; A large double bed and a large single bed perfectly solve the family needs; the bathroom has stable water and has an adjustable window to disperse the damp; the TV is small, but enough; The Mediterranean room is on the west side, and its windows are facing the windows and balconies of other buildings, so if you want to watch the longan tree and the small yard, the opposite room is better; the hall is very open, although it has not been long, but it is like your own living room. It is also very comfortable to sit.
Hygiene: Yes.
Service: Yes, yes. The housekeeping aunt and the front desk lady are very polite; the boss is also very kind.

MMengzhilanlzThe room is the same as others commented, the lighting is also very good, the front desk lady also helped introduce tourist attractions, very intimate. The three most important points of accommodation: clean, quiet, and large bath water. All satisfied. The door is the Quanzhou small white car, which is convenient to go to the ancient city. Also send breakfast! This price is full of price/performance ratio. very good!

3320260**** It is a relatively low configuration in Hanting, because the price is here, and it is not suitable for friends with poor business. Because the light on the desk in the room was dim, I asked the front desk manager to provide a desk lamp. I wanted to play a good result. Even if the desk lamp is an ornament, there is no brightness, but for this attitude, I also plan to give a good review. When I checked out, the young lady at the front desk asked me to take the lamp down! I'm surprised, isn't it you go to the room to check, is the lamp in the room? I even put my face and said bluntly that I would take it down! This is a wonderful thing in the hotel service industry! Another point is that the countertop in the bathroom is too small, and no cosmetics can be put down.
