民宿在奎霞巷，出來就是中山路步行街，有小白車，很方便。民宿還帶了一個照相館，199含服裝和攝影（簡單化粧），簪花簪得很細緻，民宿院子裏就很適合拍照，不用在景區排隊。訂的兩套一樣的房型，一個房間很小，另一個間有空房老闆主動給升級了

位置很好，出門就是古城環繞。環境也很清凈。民國風建築風格。大院環境很喜歡，適合喝茶聊天！拍照哪裡都出鏡。前台小兄弟也很熱情。辦理入住時還調製瞭解暑飲料款待。總之體驗感拉滿

位置好，距離中山路，東西塔非常近，民宿是古香古色建築，乾淨衞生，管家服務熱情，床品洗漱用品也不錯。早餐還提供當地小吃！

很舒服的體驗，老闆很帥，有問題隨時聯繫都能找到人，竟然給我升級了帶早餐得服務，還是閩南的特色，整棟樓是番仔樓，很有特色，很復古。

住進了藏在巷弄裏的民國老房子，青磚牆、木格窗自帶時光濾鏡，院子裏飄落的三角梅鋪成紅毯，傍晚坐在廊下喝茶，晚風捲着花香，意境絕了！
房間佈置得很用心，老傢俱搭配暖光燈，像穿越進老電影。可惜一樓有點悶，開窗通風時蚊子“到訪”頻繁，建議備上驅蚊液～
最遺憾的是趕早去拍簪花沒嚐到早餐，下次一定留時間慢慢感受！適合喜歡小眾氛圍、不介意老房小缺點的朋友，拍照出片率100%！📸

位置非常方便，走幾步路就到中山路步行街，吃喝玩樂都很便利。老闆是本地人，態度非常好，給我們推薦了很多寶藏景點和寶藏飯店。房子比較有歷史感，但是是很有南洋特色的老房子，很漂亮。

父母吃壞東西吐了，去了醫院2次。後來醫生説是感冒着涼印發。酒店太冷了，而且很舊很舊。不太喜歡！個人不推薦！踩雷！！！

民宿外觀給人眼前一亮的感覺，地理位置也十分優越，在西街玩很方便。但是房間有些差強人意，也許是跟外觀相比落差會比較大一些。房間老舊可以接受，這是一種特色，但是衞生問題還是比較明顯，有的地方積灰有點重，另外空調聲音很大，制暖也有問題，在泉州的兩天剛好也比較冷，就比較影響住宿體驗。總體來説，性價比適中。
