民宿外觀給人眼前一亮的感覺，地理位置也十分優越，在西街玩很方便。但是房間有些差強人意，也許是跟外觀相比落差會比較大一些。房間老舊可以接受，這是一種特色，但是衞生問題還是比較明顯，有的地方積灰有點重，另外空調聲音很大，制暖也有問題，在泉州的兩天剛好也比較冷，就比較影響住宿體驗。總體來説，性價比適中。

第一次來泉州住宿選擇這棟番仔樓真是太棒的決定啦！住的非常開心特別喜歡這棟樓還有小院子，地理位置也非常好晚上睡覺很安靜～院子裏有一顆50多年的茶花樹，老闆娘説叫做十八學士，超級漂亮圍着樹拍了一個小時哈哈～在樓裏各處拍了好多漂亮照片～真的是集歷史和美貌於一身的民宿！有機會還會來住！

第一次選擇民宿就被這家勸退了，實在是太吵了，晚上院子裏有喝酒划拳吆喝的，有打電話像吵架的，有人練琴的，樓上不停拖傢俱的，應有盡有，到12點，實在是太cha

有老房子的風情 方便到達 離中山路近 離鐘樓近 便於步行逛老城 民宿有簪花🌸店 早上出門插滿花 晚上回來再卸掉 方便

有歷史年代感的酒店，有很用心的在經營，每個角落都像個博物館，樓上有個高台可以看到遠景，因為是文物，設施比較老舊，空調聲和隔音都比較差，可以體驗一下
