來泉州旅遊，在網絡看到了悦華酒店，感覺價格和位置都挺合適，然後就定下了。酒店很乾凈舒適温馨，早餐豐富，周邊配套設施也齊全，旅遊去哪兒都方便。酒店的員工都很熱情周到，服務態度佳，特別是前台小李服務超熱情，非常貼心的引導，又特意續住了一天。無論是服務還是早餐體驗都非常滿意，是一次非常愉快的經歷，真心覺得這是一家值得信賴的好酒店。

酒店地理位置好，交通便利，周邊環境優美，綠化做得很好。房間寬敞整潔，裝修風格大氣雅緻，尤其是床墊和枕頭特別舒服。房間內各類配套設施齊全，使用體驗很好。
酒店的服務人員素質普遍很高，服務態度讓人感到賓至如歸。

酒店裝修風格也很古早，但是設施很完善，很想吐槽下酒店大堂的香薰，甜膩的香味配上泉州潮濕悶熱的空氣讓人的呼吸有點不順暢。
酒店的服務真的很好，從訂房時電話溝通到入住後的服務都能感受到員工在工作技能上的專業度和對待顧客的熱情體貼，尤其是客房部的工作人員，因為我是北方人，第一次來到泉州完全沒有預料到這邊的潮濕，提出要求後工作人員也在盡力的解決，讓我有賓至如歸的體驗，真的很感謝。
最後，求求換換大堂的香氛吧（╥_╥）

已經住了好幾次了基本上都是滿意的。但這一次發生了一點不愉快的事情。我入住第2天回房間的時候發現打掃完房間以後沒有給我補一次性拖鞋。我就打電話給客房部，要求送過來兩雙拖鞋，客房部回答我説，因為我今天已經要過兩雙拖鞋再加上之前房間有的兩雙拖鞋所以沒有給我補。我都無語了。我知道她是擔心有些客人會要一次性的拖鞋帶回家。可是你能不能睜開眼睛看一下那個垃圾桶邊上放着三雙濕漉漉的拖鞋，再加上客廳的一雙總共4雙。這是屬於正常使用。沒錯，的確房間配兩雙拖鞋一天是標準，但是我住了這麼多五星級的酒店，從來不會説多要兩雙拖鞋不給的。一個晚上1000塊房錢然後我來拿你這5毛錢一雙的一次性拖鞋你覺得我得要多少雙？而且我的毛巾牙刷床單被套全部是自帶的。多要你兩雙拖鞋並沒有增加你們的成本。
我後來也反省了一下，為什麼我會使用了四雙拖鞋？一般是每天洗澡肯定會弄濕一雙。那種布的拖鞋一旦濕了是肯定沒法穿的。所以一天兩雙其實是夠的。為什麼這一次我會用濕三雙？因為這個房間的洗臉枱比正常洗臉枱會低。我洗臉的時候人要彎的很低，雙手捧水的時候，手肘一抬，水就順着手肘流到了腳上。一天洗兩次臉，所以就造成了多用了兩雙拖鞋。那這個原因的造成是因為你們的洗臉枱過低造成的。多跟你們要兩雙拖鞋你們還有意見。雖然是後來又送來了。但是真的覺得心裏很不舒服。
作為五星級的酒店，收那麼高的價格很大一部分就是服務上的溢價。你們可以觀察一下客人到底是合理使用還是你們那種認為的是客人貪小便宜。真的作為五星級的酒店還是應該大氣一點。你真的覺得你們那5毛錢一雙的拖鞋能夠進得了我的家門嗎？
其實除了這件事外，大部分的服務員態度還是很好的。

非常棒的酒店，不愧為五星級酒店，這次來泉州玩選擇這家酒店超值。車一到酒店門口，已經有迎賓等着開門，幫拿行李。前台熱情，各種服務提醒。大堂還備了茶水台，免費咖啡機，方便客人取用，細緻周到。房間乾淨，還提供泉州當地小零食，歡迎水果，福建茶，端午節還有鹼粽子配白砂糖，節日儀式感滿滿！早餐相當豐富，西式、中式，泉州當地美食都有，海蠣煎、花生湯、麪線糊、沙茶麪都可以在酒店吃到呢，麪線糊比外面的好吃。麪包、cheese、甜品、水果、冰激凌一應俱全，品種繁多。大堂的文創櫃、旅遊指示牌的設定很周到貼心。六一體驗了簪花，跟西街與眾不同。衣服也乾淨衞生。生日還送蛋糕！
這次入住泉州悦華酒店體驗非常好!特別要表揚服務經理大衞，他的服務熱情周到，從入住到離店都讓人感覺賓至如歸，遇到任何問題他都能高效、專業地解決，非常貼心!旅遊攻略提前發。另外，酒店的泳池也是一大亮點。網上評論是真的，我特地去體驗了一把。泳池教練非常優秀，教學專業又耐心，無論是初學者還是有基礎的人都能得到很好的指導，安全方面也讓人很放心。強烈推薦這家酒店，服務細節和設施體驗都讓人印象深刻!
