酒店地理位置極佳，周邊美食眾多，離主要景點距離近，工作人員服務態度和氣，不足之處設施有點老舊，床型、衞生間略小（畢竟年代久遠，也可以理解）

泉州老牌的五星級酒店，位置絕佳，去泉州一众著名的人文景点都特別近，最远的也不超过2公里。硬件确实是有些老旧了，房間面积也不是很大。但是老牌五星的服务品质还是非常在线的，从前台办理入住时的效率、貼心給到旅行指南，到房間里每天換新的小食、晚間送的睡前甜汤，都是高标准的服务。尤其是我们楼层的李巧云大姐，看到我洗晾了好多衣服，特意給我送來一个落地晾衣架，真的是很有服务意识。

非常滿意的酒店 位置一流 位於古城中心 去哪裡吃吃喝喝都很方便 不愧是老字號五星酒店 派頭還是有的，裝修的也很復古講究 酒店服務很好 端午節送了小禮物 非常客氣 還有小卡片 服務很有心 也很乾凈 休息的很好很舒心。

地理位置優越，離古城的各個景點都不遠，周圍吃的，買東西的店也很多。老牌五星級酒店，設施是陳舊了些，但是服務還是不錯的，前台辦理入住時前面有客人在辦，前台小哥哥立馬☎搖人找來主管幫我辦，減少我的等候時間，我定的可以看見東西雙塔的房間，可以算景觀房了，進房間有手寫的歡迎小卡片，有水果還有送的地方特色伴手禮，晚上還可以電話前台讓她們送免費的牛奶花生糖水，很贊！聽説今年要重新裝修，希望越來越好！
