位置好就在西街，出去就是警務站安全感滿滿，開元寺很近，鐘樓那邊走出去往承天寺那邊走一條街遊客少些，南洋風滿滿。離西街菜市場也很近。民宿本身就出片，如果簪花的話在民宿隨便拍拍也OK。唯一就是浴室的水有點小，估計是水壓的問題，問題不大。

上清樓是一座在西街巷子裏清代光緒年間的庭院客棧，有二百年多年歷史，是典型的閩南三進三開間古大厝，雖然經過修繕改造，但仍保留了清代古建築的構架和許多老物件，比如古老的木雕、花草等，處處透露着濃厚的歷史氛圍。古色古香的裝飾讓人彷彿穿越回百年前。
客棧有公共開放式客廳、廚房等共享空間，還有多間茶室，可以在院子裏喝茶聊天，享受寧靜的時光，很是愜意。老闆為我們提供手繪的泉州景點、美食推薦。
客棧配置了小米智能系統，燈光、空調都可以讓小愛同學控制，早餐酒店阿姨自己煮的泉州特色美食，乾淨美味，有家的感覺。唯一的缺點就是我們入住的房型空間較小，行李放了空間較侷促。

民宿在西街旁邊的小巷子裏，確實是鬧中取靜，即便國慶期間入住，晚上也可以安心睡覺。老房子通過複式的設計，提高了空間利用，但是如果帶孩子的話，可能還是會顯得侷促。

房間不大，設備不是很高端，還好比較乾淨。老房子前後有院，坐在院子裏很舒服，適合喝茶、發呆。位置特別好，就在西街邊上，離鐘樓，開元寺等景點特別近。老闆一家人很好，熱情，主動詢問客人的需求，可以免費去茶館喝茶，早餐也不錯，提供小菜，稀飯，青菜，雞蛋，油條等，還有現磨咖啡。臨走還送客人一份伴手禮一袋茶葉。推薦大家去泉州住這家民宿酒店。

客棧在西街邊上，無論是去鐘樓還是去開元寺都非常方便。客棧是個三進院子，尤其是晚上從外面遊玩回來，坐在庭院吃水果或者發會呆非常舒服。訂的房間偏小，另外可能是旅遊旺季一直能聽到外面遊人的説話聲和行李箱輪子的滾動聲，因是清代院子改的，亮點是古色古香，但是隔音也會差一些，老闆娘貼心地有提供耳塞。老闆娘非常熱情，走的時候還送了我們茶葉，整個入住期間都非常愉快😀

雖説國慶出遊房費貴了點，這家民宿是相當滿意，環境安靜不吵鬧，出門就是西街，旁邊就是開元寺，出行超級方便，衞生也很不錯，房間被子衞生間都沒有異味，客棧服務人員態度也很周到，臨走還送了一袋茶葉，下次去泉州還會考慮這家，很棒！

民宿的地理位置相當好，離西街幾步路，但是絲毫也不會覺得吵，清代木質建築，所以隔音的確略有不足，不過民宿老闆也會貼心提醒並且準備好耳塞。民宿的物品準備也比較妥帖，阿道夫的洗髮水沐浴露、雨傘、智能控制的空調和燈、防蚊液，衹是毛巾浴巾，可能清洗較晾曬多次的緣故，比較硬了，建議定期更換或者使用烘乾機烘乾，也可以備用一次性浴巾供客人使用。
