極差的入住體驗！避雷這家酒店！
從來沒想過一次入住能如此糟心！簡直讓我對酒店行業的服務底線大開眼界。辦理入住進入房間後，我就發現天花上竟然有一衹蟑螂在爬動！衞生狀況如此糟糕，實在令人作嘔。我強忍着不適找到前台反饋，本以為酒店會積極解決問題，迅速安排更換乾淨的房間，沒想到得到的迴應是換房需要補差價！明明是酒店自身衞生管理不到位，卻要讓消費者為他們的過失買單，這是什麼**邏輯？更氣人的是，前台工作人員態度敷衍，輕飄飄地説“沒事你們先住，晚上蟑螂再出來了讓阿姨再去處理”。這完全是不把客人的入住體驗和健康放在眼裡！誰能安心住在一個有蟑螂出沒的房間？萬一被咬，健康出了問題，酒店負責得起嗎？整個溝通過程中，沒有一句真誠的道歉，衹有冷漠的推諉和不合理的要求。這樣的服務水平，與宣傳中的高品質住宿體驗相差甚遠。這次經歷讓我深刻認識到這家酒店在衞生管理和服務意識上的嚴重缺失。在此，我強烈建議大家謹慎選擇這家酒店，不要像我一樣花錢找罪受。希望酒店方能夠重視問題，加強管理，提升服務質量，不然遲早會被市場淘汰！
