lukewarm attitude of certain reception staff. location is not close to tourist street. robots delivery system is handy. room is clean.

Very clean hotel with exceptional service from the front desk personnel. This was our first trip to China. They showed us how to navigate our APP to place order on car service. Both my wife and I really enjoyed the hotel breakfast

Quanji hotels never disappoints us while travelling in China. Our first experience of this hotel in Shanghai was not great as the there are some problems in the rooms. In Quanzhou it was good. Amenities are in good condition, toilet clean, room clean and good location. The hotel staff are friendly and helpful.

The location is not the greatest as it is not near the attractions but it is certainly in a quiet residential area. The hotel is new with great room and service. The hotel is filled with light tea scent. Highly recommend for all.

Very new and clean room. Excellent service by all staff esp Ms Huang from front desk! Breakfast was good mainly local dishes.
