家人們我説實話，這是我住過最好的酒店。好在哪些地方呢，首先就是它的價格特別優惠，兩個人住的話非常划算。其次，就是它的環境非常漂亮，地面乾淨，陽光明媚，跟住家裡一下，生活用品一應俱全。然後就是地理位置也很好，距離景區不到幾公里，騎個共享單車十分鐘就能到了。最後就是房東人特別好，我感覺泉州人都蠻好的吧，建議大家來泉州旅遊，體驗感很不錯。૮꒰ྀི > . < ꒱ྀིა

房間很乾凈寬敞，設施齊全。房東很貼心，入住前就針對各種可能遇到的問題給出瞭解決辦法，還提供了很多泉州遊玩的建議。

優點：房屋乾淨整潔，床上用品看上去也很新；配有一次性洗漱用品，還配了一次性洗浴巾；贈送了5瓶純凈水，2瓶罐裝芬達飲料；周邊有停車場自駕停車很方便。連住了2晚，在春節假期最後2天跟老城區房價相比較還算實惠。
缺點：房屋在立交橋旁臨街棟，晚上睡覺有點噪音；次卧有根下水管道，晚上樓上用水就會有下水聲會影響睡眠
；衞生間沒有排氣扇，上了大號後味道散不出；電熱水器容量較小，一次熱水大約衹能維持10分鐘左右僅夠2人沖澡不敢洗頭，一家5口洗澡得分3次洗，耗時太長；周邊吃早餐不是很方便；去古城西街乘公交需30分鐘左右。

位置還算好找，春節期間247元子定的，價格還行。
房間小，洗臉枱和廁所不在一起，廁所在房間內。
空調完全就是擺設，幾乎不起作用，冬天晚上還是冷，
幸虧櫃子裏有多的被子。（房東）客服9點上班，
有事情最好提前一天溝通好。

💡[民宿給我的小驚喜]小沙發很舒適！洗髮水和沐浴露都是超市裡比較好的牌子，是大瓶裝的，不像其他賓館，是小包或者雜牌，洗着很舒適，馬桶也有一次性馬桶墊，整潔乾淨！
📍[對於周邊的便利度，我要説]靠近萬達，周邊吃的很多！樓下就有共享單車，可以騎着到處溜達！
🛏[房屋設施我一定要提]1.8米大床睡的很舒服，淋噴頭水壓很大，洗澡舒服！
忘了拍照片，但是真的超級好！強烈推薦！！！
