淋浴🚿很好，出水夠大！床墊及床品棉感好！房間飲料小食及6樓接待細心周到，入住時前台本地茶品出色，有特色口感也很好～
洗手枱的水龍開關旋鈕不好擰，尤其刷牙時，建議更換～

酒店各方面都很不錯，位置也很方便。出門就是步行街，步行去開元寺7-8分鐘內。
酒店服務很貼心，接待我們的是值班經理Andy，有什麼問題和需要都第一時間幫忙解決。

設施：配有密碼箱，智能馬桶，冰箱都是標配，水準可達星級酒店，就是酒店確實不大，做到小而精緻。活動非常多，有免費簪花拍照，有迎賓花卉茶點，cici服務非常到位，我幾乎是晚上10點半和她聯繫的，她都及時回覆，幫我規劃，知道我有雙胞胎女兒還贈送了我2隻小熊，這酒店有那麼好的服務是最大的亮點，其實在北京，五星級酒店豪華酒店很多，但是服務那麼精緻的很少，確實是非五星級酒店價格裏我住的最高的了，有一點建議值得一説，帶的黑珍珠早餐，對於我這個清真，沒有提前準備清真方案的菜譜，導致我衹能在原有的菜譜裏選擇，少品嚐了很多美食，這是我比較失望的點，
雙人酒店定製小白車古城環遊:這個非常好，我們初步有個瞭解，就規劃了行程。 我還是那句話cici支撐了我再次來這個酒店的理由，因為都臨走了她自己花錢給我送到了小白車上，最後還温馨的問我喜不喜歡喝的迎賓那個茶，我説還行，她就找我要了地址，説給我寄回去，所以我覺得泉州七栩鐘樓酒店，最大的亮點是服務，其他設備衹是基礎。沒有服務我可能不會帶孩子來第二次了。
