房間是老房子改造的，隔音不好，但是服務態度特別好，洗護用品和床品都非常好，工作人員熱情有耐心，客房管家翠紅特別貼心，早餐種類不算太多，但是有很多當地特色小吃，水果也很新鮮，酒店地理位置無敵了，基本景點我都是腿着去～小白車招手就停，除了貴沒毛病。

酒店風格很喜歡 服務也是很好 尤其是管家Andy 服務真是太用心了 從入住前到退房給一百分都不夠 我們退房換酒店 他還專門送我們過去 不僅這樣還送我們到另一家酒店的前台 這樣的服務實在太用心太滿意了 酒店有這樣盡心的員工真是福利

The service was very good. The assistant Yiqing was very enthusiastic. She helped arrange the white car before I checked in. I loved the cake for afternoon tea. It would be perfect if the toothbrush was a little softer. I will stay at the Bell Tower next time I go to Quanzhou

酒店地理位置優越，就在西街入口處，入住有貼心準備鮮花手環，第一晚就遇到了房間噪音以及設施問題，房間自帶的無線電話很不好用，所幸處理還算挺及時，第二晚就調整了房型，管家小劉（劉翠紅）負責所有事宜對接，很盡責盡心；開夜床服務小哥人很好，做事也仔細；遇到的所有工作人員都會禮貌問好，很暖心。要説不足的，早餐選擇性不多，對於連住幾晚的客人來説，還是希望有變化些。
