衞生條件確實比較差，真的對不起這三星賓館的價格，這種也不是做回頭客的，一樓的房間早點去有太陽的時候曬一下被子，不然潮的很，一樓潮濕，蟲子多，熱水有，沒空調，晚上睡覺是不需要空調！二樓的房間相對好點，蟲子也少！餐飲路口的金龍河做的味道不錯，我對大米都捨不得用好的這種商家沒有太多好感！怎麼説呢，週一到週五來吧，週末性價比太低，天台山這樣運營，長久不了，説的住景區裏免費停車，辦理通行證的時候有必須繳納20停車費，車最多停到天台山大酒店，上不了正天台，垃圾景區垃圾管理早點關門！不是我們一家的想法，辦通行證哪裡有很多這種想法的！
