Qingyuan Hotels with Airport Shuttle

I booked a stay at this 5 star hotel for 3 days 2 nights, I must say that the room is clean and spacious, with numerous facilities for all family members such as badminton, tennis, billard, hotspring, cycling, archery etc. Unfortunately, we were very disappointed with the service. 2 staff we encountered were constantly on their phone and not attentive at all. What really pissed us off was the incident that we put up Do Not Disturb at our door as we were taking our afternoon nap. Yet, the hotel staff called our room number. as we were asleep, we didn't pick up. Guess what. They actually called my mobile phone. Just to ask if they need to clean the room. We went to seek clarifications at the hotel reception which the reception staff at first deny they called, until we showed them the missed call number from the hotel. Then they said will feedback to their manager. At night, the manager Ms Wong called. to our disgust, she said that was their SOP! Which hotel, to say this is a 5 star hotel, that when guest put up Do Not Disturb sign, it's their SOP to call the room and worst to call guests' personal mobile phone. Isn't this an invasion of privacy, calling our personal line. This is the first time we experienced this. We never had this when we put up Do Not Disturb sign at numerous hotels we stayed before. The manager didn't sound apologetic at all but very defensive. Even to the extent that they are checking on pir safety. I was really perturbed by her comment above. To the saying goes, what really makes the difference is the heartware and service in hospitality line, not hardware which everyone can build. 预订了这家五星级酒店的三天两晚住宿，我必须说，房间干净宽敞，配备了各种适合家庭成员使用的设施，如羽毛球、网球、台球、温泉、骑车和射箭等。然而，我们对服务感到非常失望。我们遇到的两名员工一直拿着手机，根本不注意周围的情况。真正让我们恼火的是，当我们下午小睡时，我们把“请勿打扰”的牌子放在了门上，但酒店工作人员还是拨打了我们的房间号码。因为我们正在睡觉，没有接电话。猜猜发生了什么？他们拨打了我的手机。只是为了问是否需要打扫房间。我们去酒店前台寻求解释，前台工作人员起初否认他们打过电话，直到我们向他们展示了酒店的未接来电号码。然后他们说会向他们的经理反馈。到了晚上，万女士经理打电话给我们，让我们感到不满的是，她说这是他们的标准操作程序！哪个酒店，自称是五星级酒店，当客人挂出“请勿打扰”的标志时，他们的标准操作程序是打电话到房间，最糟糕的是打电话给客人的私人手机。这不是侵犯隐私吗？打我们私人电话？这是我们第一次遇到这种情况。我们在以前入住的多家酒店挂上“请勿打扰”标志时从未遇到过这种情况。 经理一点也不感到抱歉，反而显得很防卫。甚至到了要检查我们在房间是否安全的地步。她刚才的话让我很不安。俗话说，酒店业中真正起决定作用的是服务和态度，而不是每个人都能建造的硬件设施。

My family and I stayed here for two days (1 night) in early November. The whole experience was fantastic. Our good impression started with the very helpful rebooting phone enquiries to check about swimming for the children. The reception team were very helpful and polite. The setting and landscape was beautifully peaceful. The spa pools were fantastically clean and provided free water, tea and towels throughout. All staff were very friendly and attentive to our needs. Some spoke English, but all were happy to converse through the use of translation apps. I particularly want to thanks: Our restaurant host, 蔡泽旋 黄洁仪 (Bobo), who spoke excellent English and was very friendly to the children. Brought the kids here for their birthday. The facilities here are really complete, including barbecue, KTV, mahjong, and swimming pool. The water quality is very good, the sanitary environment is also good, and the hotel staff is very friendly and easy-going. 👍Choose the tatami room directly from the parent-child room and the tatami room. It is really the right choice. The experience is perfect💯

First time staying at Qingyuan and choose this hotel. Overall is satisfactory. Only complaint is that my favourite hot tub is small and crowded, locals don’t seem to leave the tub even when they are not using it, and talk too loudly. Sauna and steam rooms temperature has set too high. Due to cold weather we have dinner at the Chinese restaurant for 2 nights, and satisfying on both occasions, food was good, service was good, and reasonable prices. Difficult to call taxi though if you want to move around.

The environment is very elegant and simple, retaining the brick walls and courtyard of the original old house, but also with the convenience of modern technology, and there are careful and exquisite designs everywhere. It is not a plastic internet celebrity style, but just natural. There are not too many people traveling on weekends, so it is quite comfortable. The hotel service is very meticulous and considerate. There will be a housekeeper to arrange and take care of it. The waiter has a good attitude. The boss is also very nice and patient. The dishes in Mi Cang are very delicious, the design is ingenious, and the price is quite reasonable. Huadiao wine and double skin milk are very memorable. The view of the water view suite is super good, and the room is also very spacious. It is not inferior to a five-star hotel at all. I am very satisfied and will come again next time!

Facilities: Basically everything is available. If you need anything else, just ask the staff and they will help you solve it. Hygiene: No problem, because I stayed there for a long time, the staff took the initiative to send a message to ask when it is convenient to clean Environment: It's so comfortable, what you see in the photos is what you get. However, I would like to remind you that if you are extremely afraid of cats, dogs and insects, it is recommended that you consult the store first. This is also a magical place. Even when it rains, you will still feel the weather is so good! You can’t take photos to show it, you have to experience it in person. Service: The staff are all warm and friendly young people. You can feel that they are a group of people who are dedicated to running the B&B and are not just ”cows and horses” who just do a job. They will do many things on their own initiative instead of waiting for you to ask them to do them. Of course, if there is any negligence, they will sincerely apologize to you. One evening we went downstairs to the bar for a drink and saw other guests who had just arrived and were checking in with their luggage. The front desk guy was busy and didn't notice anyone coming, so he quickly stepped forward to apologize, saying he was sorry for not being able to go out to greet you in time. Although it was a small matter and had nothing to do with me, in my opinion this was kind and sincere service. After all, he didn't have to do this, and not everyone cares about this detail, but he did it.

The hotel is far from the city, and there are not many public transportation options, so it is more friendly to self-driving. The hygiene can be of a higher standard, and the towels are a little damp. The facilities are relatively complete, the service is very good, and the children are very satisfied, especially the front desk who checked in on the first day was smiling, making people feel at home. I hope there will be more value-added services next time I stay. I wish it gets better and better!

Dear General Manager, We would like to show you our greatest appreciation for your whole team. It’s was unexpectedly amazing service start from the beginning of Check In until we check out this morning. Anna, Cici was more than what I was expecting. Both of them were absolutely fantastic. The way they greeted us and other customers, well trained and well mannered and ensured a memorable sessions while we’re there and I believed it was the same how they treated other customer. Anna she was very courteous ,prompt and professional with her services. And the best thing is that she was superb with her job. Now I can say that I have a place where I can get the best hospitality services in Argyre Hotel Qingyuan in China.. The whole team are the best.. keep up the good job!!! Once again..
