We had a very pleasant stay at the Four seasons hotel. Very clean and comfortable stay. Claire, the lady at the front desk went the extra mile to make us feel welcome and at home. Very close to the metro which really helped. We'll definitely visit again 😊

After staying for 2 nights, I felt bad on the first day and planned to cancel for one night. The hotel did not agree and both applications failed. Not wanting to cause trouble, I had no choice but to ask to change rooms the next day. The reason I didn't give it a 2 is because of the face of the girl at the front desk, who helped me move my luggage when I changed rooms, which was pretty good. I stayed in room 1020 on my first day. The bathroom water smelled very bad, the mattress sank (cannot be seen in photos) and my whole body ached after sleeping one night. The bedding was also very hygienic. The light switch is behind the bedside. You can't turn on the light without pulling on the bedside. The location where the bed is placed is too narrow. The distance between the bed and the wardrobe is about 35 centimeters, and the wardrobe door cannot be opened. Generally speaking, Qingdao hotels are not cost-effective, and the price is over 400.
