The hotel is quite new, clean, comfortable, and has a minimalist design. The service was excellent; they were incredibly thoughtful, especially by installing bed rails for our baby. The room design is practical and well-thought-out, featuring a separate wet and dry area in the bathroom. For parents traveling with a lot of baby gear, the spacious bathroom counter was a lifesaver – perfect for changing diapers. The under-mount sink also made washing our baby's hair incredibly convenient. Frankly, it's more accommodating for families than many five-star hotels. Oh, and a special mention: Atour's pillows are absolutely legendary!

Went for a weekend trip with my partner. We wanted a place that is central to visit the mountain area (with the fishing village etc) and the beach. It’s quite far away if you plan to take transport but by taxi it’s okay. In China location is key since every city is so big. The hotel amenities however are incredible and so is the staff.

The room was very clean, clean and tidy, and the transportation was convenient. The subway station was very friendly and welcoming. The front desk lady was very friendly and welcoming. I recommended the delicious food nearby. Considering the noise impact, I also upgraded the room for free. I loved it.

I stayed here because I was running in the Qingdao Bay Bridge half Marathon and needed a place convenient to the subway. Hotel was reasonably priced and very convenient to the subway and the mall where all kinds of food was available. Would happily stay here again. My only complaint is the entrance to the hotel. It’s back inside a closed area and the pedestrian gates were all broken so I had to duck under the car gate arm every time I came and went. Not very inviting. Otherwise hotel was good.

I've stayed at IHG properties in other cities and have always appreciated their consistent service philosophy. **Facilities:** The hotel is well-equipped, with spacious rooms that offer plenty of movement. Some smart features, like electric curtains, add a modern touch. The air conditioning was very effective, and the wet/dry separation in the bathroom was very practical. The large, comfortable mattress was excellent. The hotel offers both above-ground and underground parking, which is incredibly convenient for guests traveling by car. **Cleanliness:** The hotel maintains five-star hygiene standards throughout. The housekeeping staff were meticulous and diligent in their work. **Location:** The hotel is situated in a business development zone, surrounded by office buildings. Wanda Plaza is just a short distance away, offering numerous dining options and making it very convenient for meals. **Service:** Overall, the hotel's service was good. However, a bit more warmth and smiles from the front desk staff would elevate the experience even further, as IHG front desks typically excel in this regard. The proactive and enthusiastic welcome from the lobby greeters and bell staff, in particular, was commendable. Overall, I was satisfied with my stay. The hotel's breakfast buffet was incredibly rich, and the Western dishes tasted great. I would definitely stay here again on my next visit!

The Chinese and Western breakfast really makes me very satisfied. Different from the technology and hard work of other hotels, you can taste the handmade fragrance. The hotel's breakfast service staff is also very thoughtful and friendly. They will replenish food in time according to the needs of the guests. In short, the breakfast of this hotel is not only rich in variety and taste, but also thoughtful service, which makes people feel warm. Overall, the place was clean and comfortable. Elaine's follow-up was incredibly thoughtful and attentive. The room's bedding was very comfortable, and it was fully equipped with all necessary amenities. I would definitely choose to stay here again. Currently, this property offers excellent value for money, and there are many dining options at the nearby Wanda Plaza. There are two washing machines available, but they require laundry tokens that you need to obtain from the front desk. I didn't get a chance to use them, so I can't comment on their functionality. The curtain on the right side doesn't provide adequate blackout, allowing some light to seep through (please refer to photo three). I hope this issue can be resolved.

The hotel's interior design was very distinctive, and it also offered mountain views nearby. Service: Xiao Dan at the front desk provided exceptional service, being both warm and professional. The check-in and check-out processes were very efficient, without keeping me waiting for long.
