離中山路很近，很有風格的老洋房，臨窗可看到小青島，早起可聽到老城區的各種聲音，充滿煙火氣。
前台服務熱情，入住體驗不錯，值得推薦。

位置很便利，去火車站、地鐵、棧橋、教堂都可以步行直達，最好的是門口就有公交站，非常方便。建築有點年頭，古色古香。我們選的這間房間面積小但不臨街，面積大的房間裏開闊有鋼琴但臨街，看大家選擇了。服務人員態度特別好，幫忙提行李寄存等等都很耐心周到。頂樓有觀景平台，可以上去看看全景。

孩子高三結束旅行，慶祝考上了心儀大學，特意選了膠東半島環島遊，第一站青島，對比好多酒店，最終選了位於棧橋旁的紅房子，酒店位置相當好，有免費停車區，步行1分鐘到海邊，棧橋就在眼前，紅房子酒店外觀相當美，因為行程有其他安排，衹去住了1晚，前台考慮夜間好好休息，安排靠內的安靜房間，而且貼心的延長了第二天的停車時間，要知道在寸土寸金的棧橋旁，停車收費1小時10元，給力，點贊，

酒店的位置真的是太好了，出門就是棧橋，周邊的景點和網紅餐廳很近。景觀套房的視野非常好，晚上吹着海風在露台聽着歌，非常愜意。
