房東服務説話態度很差勁，一副愛搭不理的樣子，洗漱用品不全，而且也不給鑰匙，出門的話也沒有辦法鎖🔒，到了房間還告訴我們不讓我們把房間弄臟，也不讓我們在房間裏吃飯，這些事情我們本來就可以注意的，但是房東的説話態度很不好，我們就會感覺很反感，希望下次房東歡迎顧客的時候態度可以改善一些吧。

入住第一天電視不能看，反應後説是附近有軍營訊號不好，反應平台要退訂之後兩天的住宿才立馬處理好，晩上洗澡浴室積水因為時間太晚沒有再反應，隔天跟店家反應，説衹是流的慢一點不會積水，但到了晚上還是積水，衹好當起保潔員淸理，第一天入住櫃子沒打掃乾淨，備品衹有一份沒衞生紙，入住三晚每天都要主動要毛巾衞生紙，衹給小毛巾還是破的，這個旅店的位置對爬嶗山的住客非常方便如果可以改善以上的狀況是可以再次入住的
