房間乾淨整潔，配套特別好，酒店地理位置得天獨厚，酒店服務人員熱情，還贈送了雲上海天門票，非常感謝，孩子們也特別喜歡這個酒店，定的是偏海景房，但是看海景真的很無敵，住的很舒心，酒店提供免費停車服務，很方便

淡季來青島好處多多，人不多酒店又新又便宜😊😊😊，家庭遊訂了側海景雙床房入住當天服務管家owen特地給我們升級了房間，非常感謝🙏🙏🙏酒店位置很好正對大海，去幾個景點打車都很近這點非常贊 ，服務管家入住的幾天經常溝通，非常熱情 入住性價比拉🈵

設施：房間設備都很齊全
衞生：房間內衞生整潔乾淨
環境：酒店出門就是大海，海景盡收眼底。而且門口交通也很方便，離棧橋、五四廣場都很近
服務：酒店小哥哥小姐姐都很熱情，床邊還放了睡眠香包，Lucy小劉和經理Alice服務很周到，還送了小禮品。入住酒店還免費暢遊雲上海天，能365看青島全景。雖然是側海景，但是真的很值得再次入住

酒店服務細心周到。Alice主動給升級了房型，Jack在微信裏隨時跟進服務，提醒天氣和温度，像老朋友一樣及時周到，要退房了還給送了下午茶。贊一個！一個細節，孩子在入住前台拿的Coco糖發現包裝裏面的糖塊都是立着的，有點好奇問為什麼？我帶着孩子詢問前台，原來為了防止客人撕開包裝糖塊滑落特意把每個糖塊給豎起來。小細節説明服務的用心❤️
酒店設施完善。設施新，自動馬桶，自動窗簾都有。泳池温度也很合適。
一次滿意的入住體驗。
