衞生特別乾淨，非常好！服務很棒，老闆很熱心介紹旅遊景點，攻略。停車也方便，自帶停車場，離着沙灘很近，步行幾分鐘就到總的來説還不錯，各方面都還是令人滿意的，一樓式餐廳，還可以訂餐吃，嶗山特色菜，非常好吃，品嚐嶗山風情完美

房間很乾凈，床又大又軟，晚上睡得很舒適，裏面的配套設施也很完善，服務員很熱情，靠近海邊，早晨起床可以看到優美的海景，空氣清新，感覺很好，下次一定再來！

酒店位置離景區非常近，走路幾分鐘就到海邊了，房間打掃的也很乾凈，空調衞生間各種設施也很齊全。周圍交通也很便利。店裡也可以吃飯，地地道道的農家宴，海鮮都很新鮮。周圍環境非常不錯，老闆服務熱情，給介紹了旅遊攻略，性價比相當高的酒店！

老闆服務態度十分惡劣，像是別人借錢沒還是，洗澡水壓力小，整個房間窗户全部打不開而且一樓靠大廳，房間根本無法透氣，室內空氣質量極差，一股海鹽味難受，洗手盆完全是小家子氣購買的，客棧在巷道里難找，勸大家不要去這家住宿，態度惡劣

勉強看到海景，有點難找，不過附近民宿都差不多，離嶗山很近，方便是最大優勢，早起走路就可以爬嶗山了，主打性價比吧

一點都不好，什麼態度啊，我還沒來打電話就掛我電話，我還沒等説話就給我掛了，打了12315她説沒法管，攜程介入他説也沒法管，攜程問了她説剛才在忙所以才掛我電話，誰不忙？忙就掛顧客電話？忙你留個電話幹什麼，我去諮詢一下你還給我掛了？沒有任何地方能管的了他們！最好別來！
環境也不好，房間門外直接就是他們餐廳，吵得很！説話都能聽見！晚上還能聽
見別的屋子空調的聲音，房間就在樓梯口什麼都能聽見！廁所旱廁改的！一沖水水管還掉了，漏了一地水！馬桶蓋一來就是壞的，還得小心別坐歪了掉裏！馬桶沖水都要躲得遠遠的別濺身上水！漱口杯是餐廳吃飯的那種玻璃杯，給了三個有一個是用過的！真懷疑是不是房間沒收拾過！
房間裏潮得很，剛進來一摸被子都是濕的！房間一股黴味很明顯，空調也是！床很硬衹有一個薄的床墊一個薄的褥子，很硬很硬跟打地鋪差不多！
房間在一樓，有三個大窗户，但是外面都放的東西外面啥也看不見。幾個窗户都這樣！
天花板有的地方還有蜘蛛網，還有發黴的地方！
房間衹有一個吸頂燈，一個開關，並不在床邊。衹有一個插排在電視櫃上。
超市也不是很近，要走一會。
熱水器沒開，不出水，電視沒用不知道。沒給電蚊香。沒給wifi。沒給水壺。沒有沐浴露洗髮水，沒有吹風機。沒有毛巾。
走時候態度也不好，還沒到點就進來催，説房間已經定出去了下一個房客就要來了，讓我們趕緊走！還沒到退房時間！！態度非常不好。
最好別來！這就是山東人的待客之道嗎？
