酒店是一幢海邊別墅，位置好，五四廣場，奧帆中心，情人壩走走可到。房間雖小但能直接看到海也不錯。

酒店是海邊一幢獨棟小樓，上面寫着許國明咖啡，位置非常好，緊鄰海邊，離五四廣場很近，晚上在酒店院子裏可以直接看到燈光秀。房間不大，很整潔，衞生條件不錯，有個小陽台，適合拍照。酒店房間不多，管家態度親切，温文爾雅，服務周到。雖然需要走樓梯，但樓層不高，入住和離開管家都會主動幫助搬運行李。贈送的明信片很有質感，值得留念。酒店一層是許國明咖啡館，很安靜，適合喜歡咖啡的朋友。房間忘了拍照，衹拍了海邊。總體感覺很舒適，符合預期。

訂過幾十年酒店，這次上了大當，從沒有過的感覺。2025年9月2-4號連住2晚，954元房費我們住502（實際4樓，頂樓）西曬，房間很熱。衞生間沒有插頭（要説也有一個，在馬桶和右手邊底下一個外掛那種，雖然很噁心，但我也試插過，根本不夠長，用不了），吹風機衹能在衞生間外面找插頭用。
陽台破皮爛肉的，請看圖
空調低速風也像拖拉機，2晚都沒睡好。
服務員幫提行李上去，這點值得稱讚。
我朋友住的302房，剛入住的下午就出問題，叫了服務員處理過，誰知道晚上沖水又不行。
吃一塹長一智，建議訂房使用在線付，切記勿使用信用卡信用住（離店扣），以免商家可隨便多扣費用（説要賠償馬桶蓋170元，這個我朋友不認可，商家自行扣了我的）。

對於內陸人來説特別嚮往大海，所以這次選擇了臨海的這家別墅民宿，首先地理位置超好出門幾步路就是海邊緊鄰奧帆中心和五四廣場，房間裝修佈置都不錯，前台小哥哥不愛笑但服務很貼心。住了兩晚，整體來説體驗不錯，值得入住
