This hotel got everything we were looking for. Good location, it's near a mall where a lot of good food are. There's a washing machine and microwave oven near the elevator. It's also located near the May 4th square and the metro station.

I never like leaving any bad review, but this time I feel compelled to do it. I arrived to the hotel late night because of my flight. After getting my card for my room, what was my surprise. The door was opened, the sink spilled with water and what seemed to be tea or something of the sort; the toilet seat peed, and the full room smelled like pee.it seems some of the employees had used the room. I asked for a change of room and they were full, the lady in service told me I could just find another hotel, to which even I really wanted to, it was too late and the few I managed to call were full already. At the end I had her to clean it properly and disinfect it, since I had no other option. She promised to have her boss contact me to offer an apology and a discount, but that contact never happened. Avoid this hotel at all costs.

This hotel has comfortable beds, is quiet and nice and warm. It is very close to the subway and has malls nearby. However there are not a lot of restaurants in the area.

It was a nice hotel, I liked it, but the lack of laundry service was a bit disappointing. The breakfast was delicious. Thank you, and I wish you success in your work.

Excellent location in May 4th Square. Overall clean room with cleaning service every day. Friendly staff and access to free laundry machine.

very good location for Metro exit D, At May fourth Square! not far from the promenade! MiXC shopping mall Many shops near by for Chines and Western food! Name of the hotel is in Chinese So Island hotel maybe difficult to find! for westerner! Dao Shang Shiguang jingping jui dian. .Checkin Is on the ground floor! Very helpful. Would stay here again.

Highly recommended if you stay in qingdao. Very close to the attractions.

Great location. Cleanliness was very poor, no service at all.

Good service attitude, clean and hygienic, right next to Mixc and Line 2 and 3 subway stations, convenient transportation, a few minutes to the right of the door is the May Fourth Square beach, nice to watch the sunrise in the morning.

I drove there during the Spring Festival. Parking was convenient. I went out the next day. It was very close to the May Fourth Square subway station, so it was very convenient to travel. If I go to Qingdao again in the future, I will choose to stay here

The room is nice and clean, and it's very comfortable to live in. Although there are no windows, it's not stuffy, and there's no noise at night, it's very quiet, and the overall experience is good.
